This man absolutely made my month! I came to Sam with a precious gold ring that I had accidentally slipped into a blender and he took the utmost care in helping me decide how to make this sad mess of crumbled gold into a new custom ring. With patience and poise, he not only consulted on the new design but provided options for me to choose from. I also got a heirloom watch fixed like brand new. I highly recommend Sam for anyone seeking a thoughtful and talented professional jeweler.

Sam and his team are friendly, fair and helpful. They removed several links from a neck chain to my specifications , measuring carefully and confirming my prior measurements. My wife and I have actually been twice now; resizing two wedding bands and an engagement ring. One wedding band was smooth in shape and one was had a ridge, 22 and 18 carat gold. Both were done beautifully, as was the engagement ring which was more complicated due to the shoulder stones and it's shape. All looked perfect afterwards.
Sam is an exceptionally nice and patient person, we will certainly be going back for any kind of jewellery work we need in the future.

Sam's is really special. I have been going there for years for things ranging from simple watch battery replacements to repairs of old watches. The team even fabricated a custom white gold watch bank extension for an old watch that did not have traditional links and had been custom sized to my mother's wrist in the 1960's. The addition is indistinguishable from the original. I would recommend them for anything you may need in the watch and jewelry world!

Sam did a wonderful job at resizing my engagement ring! It was a bit more complex since I have a crossband but you can’t even tell that it was resized. Went from a size 9 to a 10 and it took about an hour. The entire experience was very welcoming and he accommodated me by fitting me in sooner as I was in a rush! I would recommend anyone to go to him! Great family owned business!

Came in today to service a vintage omega watch and readjust the bracelet links on my longines watch. Sam and his team did it in under 15 minutes! His services were so quick and his prices are very reasonable. He also let me know that I could come back to have the straps replaced on my vintage watch if I decide to purchase them independently. I really enjoyed talking to Sam - he is very approachable, incredibly kind, and patient. He will take his time to answer any and all questions. And huge plus- there is a big parking structure across the store.

The crew at Sam's was both extremely professional and personable. They restored my Uncle's watch to amazing condition and walked me through maintenance and function. I am super happy about the 1-year warranty as well. The team there is super friendly, patient, and ready to answer any and all questions regarding your piece. I forgot I needed to get my engagement ring cleaned before my engagement photoshoot, so in a panic I went to Sam for help 10mins before closing He was so nice to stay a little past closing to help me and noticed that I had a pave diamond missing! He repaired the prong, replaced the diamond, and cleaned my ring SO well. He made it crystal clear and sparkly again. He was so kind and understanding that I can't wait to go back!
