I think it's a great place for a hand carwash, and I will come back for the car wash. I did a full $400 detail and this morning I'm noticing a lot of dirt in the small cracks and there just wasn't attention to detail on the inside. Outside looks great and I'm pleased with the scratches they got out and over all outside. I think they just use rags and not a brush and steam. I feel like I over paid for what I got. This feels like a $200 outside detail and maybe $100 inside detail job.
I hate leaving bad reviews as this is someone's livelihood, but I think if you want a good detail you need to go to a different place. But quick good carwash, this is it!

I HAD MY PHONE CHARGER STOLEN HERE AND A METAL PIN FROM MY DOLLY THAT KEEPS THE DOLLY TOGETHER STOLEN AS WELL. Car would be cleaned out literally !

Very bad service they don't clean the cars well they charge a lot of money I took my car they charged me 50dlrs they didn't wash it well they didn't empty it well they didn't put armored perfume on it nothing bad bad service I complained to him and he told me that I don't care don't come anymore further

They do a fantastic job here. It's full service and car gets really clean. I live in DTLA and it's close. Once again, highly recommended.

$32 dollars for regular wash? It's still so dirty. I ask to do more. They told me I have to pay $60 to clean the windew. Isn't cleaning windaw not included? I asked. They don't want to help me. I live in neighborhood, and trying to help small businesses, and I am getting this type of response. Shame. I won't go there again.

Great job! Only 24.99 for a basic wash. This is not a fancy car was it's honestly a very great hand car wash place. Very old school you sit outside in like these regular chairs and just wait for your car to be washed. The service is amazing though. The car washed my car great and cleaned inside. The only reason they get 4 stars is because there is no ATM inside & I wanted to get cash for the guys who washed my car to top :( Other than that this is a nice place & and hand was at that!

We've been here about 10 times since moving to Los Ángeles, and there's a reason why we always come back! They're always consistent on the through job they do, and the price is killer for what you get. We only spend about $40-$50 when we come here and we have an SUV. Never have any complaints other than sometimes we have to wait longer than others but hey, at least they're busy!! Loyal Customer of Sams Carwash.

The owner of this store seems to be good at turning the trust of customers into disappointment.The Cooking Oil I bought in my car leaked and got dirty. When I explained the day before, the cost is within $50, and they can definitely finish it within an hour, he said. However, when I showed the car, he ignored the explanation of the previous day, pointed out the dirt excessively and changed the story. After ruining my time schedule, he said that it takes 2 to 3 hours and the amount is $120. Moreover, he was even told that I they couldn't completely remove the dirt. Even though he was told that if I didn't request him, I wouldn't be able to make it anywhere in time.From beginning to end, there is no way to have confidence in the attitude of preying on the customer by changing the content of the consultation.It was the worst customer service.
