I walked in and was greeted by an empty store and 2 smiling employees. I mentioned that I was in soley for a belt adjustment and they both took a look and gave me two recommendations and their reasoning. A 3rd employee approached me and offered refreshments. Great service!

Huge thank you to Ed! He was super Nice friendly and helpful. I was in need a box for the cufflink that I ordered online. Ed went above and beyond to help me find one and even cleaned up to make sure it looks all nice etc since I am giving it out as a gift. The type of costumer service he provided was beyond amazing! My wife wanted a Wallet to match her Ferragamo Purse so the best place to go is the actual Ferragamo Store. This one is located in the Beverly Center. This is a really big Mall but we found it easily. Tons of parking available. The store had no other customers while we were there so we had good service from Staff. It's clean and well organized with plenty of selection. She got what she was looking for and was quite happy about it. She looked at Sunglasses while waiting for her item. Afterwards we looked for food services but got lost upstairs mainly from the Escalators that go up but no down ones near which is strange. I prefer to go to Fashion Square or the Galleria because of their well organized layout but there are no Ferragamo stores there. I would not recommend the Beverly Center to go shopping, it's just too big.

Probably one of our best Rodeo drive shopping experiences. Leo was the best! He gave honest feedback about my boyfriends fashion choices whether it suited him or not! He left extremely happy and confident. The store was very clean and easy to shop. If you'd like a fun experience I highly recommend asking for Leo to help you!

It's everything you would expect. Friendly staff and beautiful products set in a comfortable atmosphere. Go to buy your own little piece of Florence to take home with you, you will not be disappointed.

Stay away from this brand. Very cheap quality and worst customer service. I didn’t believe the last review until it happened to me. Spent more than $700 on a pair of shoes that changed color.

We spent nearly 30K at this store and dealing with this company for returns and exchanges was awful. It should be a normal part of any retail shop. They were impossible and have ridiculous terms to abide by. never shopping with Ferragamo ever again. They are more concerned with how the books look at their shop regarding returns and exchanges than providing excellent customer service. Completely obnoxious and absurd not to mention an insane amount of wasted time. They have absolutely no respect for their customers regardless of how good a customer they are. Terrible experience.
