hello. Today, I had an appointment at David Bridal. It didn't go well with everything they had there, and in desperation without an appointment or anything, we undertook the adventure with the options that Google gave me, and we arrived at this store without an appointment. The person who greeted us was very friendly the entire time and helped us see the dresses after a client finished trying on dresses. The dresses there are beautiful and of very good quality, I only tried on 3, and all 3 were beautiful and fit perfectly. but I had to say yes to one. I left happy in less than an hour. The price of the dress is very affordable. Thank you very much for helping me find my dress. My wedding is in a month and I was already very sad not to have my dress. I think the person who helped us is called Sugey but I'm not sure. either way, the store has beautiful dresses. Thank you very much

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!! The dresses you try on are not the dresses that they actually deliver on. They don’t let you take pictures (RED FLAG). We ordered a dress and when we went to pick up the dress IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS. When confronted they constantly tried changing the subject and GASLIT US saying the sample is different because it’s been worn. THE WEDDING IS IN 2 DAYS!!!! PLEASE LISTEN AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Walked in with my mom looking for my veil. The owner was so nice and super helpful! She explained lengths, fabric, style and made me feel confident with my decision so I went ahead and purchased with them. She was also very helpful with helping me pick out some hair accessories too! Excited to pick up my veil!

Came here just to look around due to making an appointment at Anita’s Bridal prior to coming here. I decided to come dress shopping and wanted to try in dress originally at Anita’s but they were busy and unfortunately there was miscommunication where one girl said i could try on 3 dresses and then the other let me know they had an appointment coming up soon so i would have to schedule an appointment for another day. So i was bummed but i decided to keep looking and ended stumbling around Saint Alexis Bridal Shop. Karla was very kind and helped me right away! I decided to try on dresses just to see what kind of style to go for for my appointment the next day at Anita’s. But I ended up coming out of here with saying YES to the dress! So of course i cancelled my appointment at Anita’s because i found THE DRESS! Karla really helped me out and made the experience worth while! She was amazing and very friendly! Downside is that i wish we could take photos of us in the dress but other than that this place is amazing! Both workers are very sweet and very attentive , i don’t understand why this place has bad reviews. My experience was great and im very excited with the dress i got! Thank you Karla again for all your help!! The sweetest!

DO NOT BUY from this place. They will just take your money and never give you your dress. I attached a photo to show proof of purchase since the owner said that it's all a lie. That's why I'll be doing a small claims so I could get my money back. I called the owner many times but never got a response back. So if you want to avoid issues DO NOT COME to this place. Find a better store that has good customer service and won't just take your money.

They helped me find one within my budget and that was exactly what I wanted. Top top quality customer service!!

I had the best time and experience getting my perfect dress here! The girls are AMAZING! I came in with little idea of what I wanted and they took their time listening to me to find the one. Karla pulled out a dress that literally fit exactly what I had described. Sujey was awesome at making sure my dress was ready on time since I made my order a bit close to the date. Can't say how much I appreciate them making the process so fun and easy. Top customer service!

I stumbled upon this place completely by accident, but SO happy I went in!My experience here was amazing from beginning to end!The quality of the dresses here are top notch and the service from Sujey and Karla was above and beyond!I found a gorgeous dress and was able to customize it by adding sleeves and it turned out fabulous! Sujey really knows her stuff and always made me feel like a priority.

This company made my dress alteration experience a literal nightmare!! This was the absolute worst and most stressful part of my wedding experience. Specifics follow: The date for when I needed to the dress altered was recommended to me by the shop at the initial fitting, so I followed their instructions. In between dropping it off and picking it up, they wouldn't answer my phone calls, their voicemail was not setup, and they didn't respond to the email address they gave me. After they took the dress for alterations, they routinely delayed the date it would be done by. In the end, I didn't get the dress back from the first round of alterations until 6 days before the wedding! Along the way with the delays they mentioned the reason they told me to wait so long to do the initial alterations was because they didn't want to have to do a lot of back and forth (really? Isn't the point for it to fit if I paid over $2000 for a dress?). When I did try the dress on after the initial alterations, I noticed that my request for a three button bussel had been ignored (they put in one hook that was not effective and my bussel fell out constantly the day of the wedding), the loose cup threading I noticed in the initial fitting and requested be fixed hadn't been fixed and the owner actually lied to my face about its "purpose for being loose". That cup detached from the dress during my reception and I had to try and keep it from riding up and showing with copious amounts of fabric tape. The only reason the dress was an oaky length was because I had it initially fitted with flats on and then was able to wear heels. When I tried flats day off, I couldn't walk in the dress as I was tripping on it and crushing the heading. If you buy your dress here, take it anywhere else for alterations. Do not be fooled by the threat that another company won't be liable if something happens to your dress when they are doing alterations. Go somewhere with an on-site tailor that is actually responsive to their customers.

Absolutely enchanted by the incredible attention to detail at this bridal boutique gem in DTLA ! From the moment I stepped in, which was just a casual walking by to look for my wedding dress I couldn't stop thinking about their uniquely stunning dresses and the 3 I tried on, from that moment on the staff became my ultimate hype squad. I went looking to 4 more bridal places however could not forget the 1 special dress that made my dreams come true! Special shoutout to Suhey for being my bridal hype girl--her expertise and enthusiasm made the dress experience truly unforgettable. The intricate details of my dream gown were matched only by the outstanding service. Five stars for making me feel like the most radiant bride-to-be!" I have to talk about the amazing turnaround time they were able to get for my dress. I found my dress 4-5 months away from my wedding dress not realizing 6 months is usually the timestamp to go looking due to the demand of ordering a wedding dress to be made! I bought a mermaid style dress and added a detachable skirt, extra tulle to bottom skirt to portray a fuller trumpet skirt, and tulle sleeves to make it a totally romantic look. All this was done under a limited time constraint. It was so sweet that they also packed it for me in a carry on luggage I brought in for my Cancun destination wedding!
