Dealing with this clinic has been horrific! I came to the clinic a year ago , with chronic back pain, among other things. The clinic referred me to a spine surgeon, who after 1minute of looking at my questionnaire, said that I needed to see a rheumatologist. Instead, Sabin referred me to a physical therapist. When my back got so bad, that I finally pinched a nerve and was bed ridden, the Saban Clinic wouldn’t speak to me about immediate treatment. I asked for a Doctor to call in a prescription for prednisone, but that phone call, wouldn’t be available for several months. My immobilized status, meant nothing. Instead, I was told to go into costly emergency care.My Cardiologist was also perplexed as to why the Saban Clinic would require two weeks to transfer my records to his office. I almost had to miss an appointment with another specialist, because they never explained their policy, of withholding medical records for two weeks. You can never call Saban, without having to 1st schedule a call back, forcing you to wait by the phone, for up to the following day.I once made an appointment to discuss a test result , but the Doctor said he didn’t have time to get the results, that were faxed to him that day. He instead left the room and had his assistant tell me , that we could have that conversation in three months, if I wanted to make another appointment. The assistant showed me to the door and very passive aggressively, told me to have a nice day. It was so weird! The Doctor seemed fine and we seemed to have a good rapport. I guess he was just overwhelmed? That sums up most, but not all, of the substandard behavior, I received from Saban’ Doctors and staff. I found it to be very depressing. After one year, I find myself far more unhealthy and distrustful of the health care system. Hopefully, I’ll have a better experience with my new primary care doctor.

Wanted to share my experience at Saban Clinic, Beverly Blvd. I am a patient of Dr. Vuong's 'Happy Clinic'. My treatments with the Dr. include acupuncture monthly alternated with appointments for shock wave ultrasound therapy. I have osteoarthritis as well as onsets of sciatica that make daily living chores tiresome. Thanks to Dr. Vuong's therapy I see marked improvements. Her concern for me is of the utmost important. Thank you. Also a quick 'shout out' to the Dr's team which includes Dr. Tang, Ramses, Karina and others.

I had a great experience doing shock wave therapy with Dr. Tinh Vuong. She is very professional and knowledgeable and tried to help me in the best way she can. I feel much better now. The appointment wait time is very short.

So many disconnects at this company I’ve had four appointments never getting the help I needed. Angel Camacho was terrible, did not want to help at all.

Where do I start. Absolutely the worst. Their lack of communication, just cost me my job. And I have a long list of problems that I have with them.

There is a nurse here named Ellen who was the most amazing health care practitioner. I was so appreciative of her. Anyone would be lucky to be her patient or work with her and learn from her wisdom and experience.

I had been sick for a couple of weeks when I made an appointment at Saban, and I was also seeking to establish primary care/dental and arrived early for my first appointment. A staff member asked if I was a new patient, I said yes and was instructed to have seat. I watched other patients come in and be helped by a second staff member...I asked if I should fill out new patient info and I was asked if I was there for medical or dental--I said medical and was told I needed to be upstairs. I go the the desk upstairs to check in and I'm told that "you are only 2 minutes late, but we are not seeing any late patients today." I explained that I was a new patient and had been told to have a seat downstairs before I asked to be directed what to do...the staff member said she would see if I could be seen. The waiting room was empty, still a nurse comes out, says she understands that I was downstairs and only 2 minutes past my appointment time, but they would not see me. I explained that I was actually sick and needed to see someone, but the nurse only offered to make another appointment for me. I declined and instead went to an urgent care. I feel I experienced patient neglect and even if I had actually been 2 minutes late, I feel it's still unacceptable that I was not seen by a doctor and given appropriate care. Saban prioritizes their arbitrary/rigid schedule over patients--even if it's only 2 minutes. Shameful.

This was a waste of $135 and over an hour. The doctor did literally nothing, he did not refer me or did anything to try to speed up my current referrals and refused to do anything for me without insurance. Total lack of humanity and terrible patient care.

Honestly the whole staff aside from my doctor, Dr. Khoury, is great. Unfortunately he is the one in control my health so all the niceness in the world doesn't offset his unprofessional behavior. This could get really long so I'll stick to the glaring issues and not all the snarky and rude things he's said and done. 3 appts ago I was misdiagnosed and given a Rx I didn't need. 2 appts ago he changed my in-office visit to a telephone visit. I made this last appt because a condition had worsened and due to him cancelling the last in-office visit he hadn't seen it. I showed him pics of when it was better and he dismissed them as blurry. Apparently photographic evidence annoyed him and he just gaslighted me and said that it looks better. I tried to explain to him that while it does look better than when he last saw me ages ago, it previously looked better than this and it's taken a turn for the worse. Apparently that was a concept he couldn't wrap his head around because he just kept repeating himself and told me to get enough vit C. He had the nerve to tell me "it's getting a little exhausting repeating myself". Yeah well it was exhausting for me too! You could have just answered the question instead of calling me a liar. And before you think I was trying to get some pain meds or something. I wasn't. I was simple trying to figure out why this wound won't heal. He wouldn't even tell me how to care for it. I asked if I should keep a bandage on it or leave it alone. He said "you could leave it alone....or you could put a bandage on it". He was absolutely no help at all. I'm contacting my insurance today to see about my options for a new PCP. And btw, the wound is still getting worse.

Once known as L.A. Free Clinics is now the best clinic in Los Angeles! They have two other locations, one is on Hollywood Blvd and the other on Melrose. They have a wide range of services like dental, mental health services, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, eye care, nutrition education, and, of course, health care services and an in-house pharmacy! I highly recommend this place. They are here to help......really help! ?

Not really a google review person but this review is long overdue. Dr Vuong is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about helping people. Has a wonderful bedside manner, is a great listener, and works hard to help others. It is evident Dr. Vuong continues to expand her knowledge and expertise. Suffered a bad injury a few years ago and be dealing with range of motion, chronic pain…issues. Her treatment, advice, acupuncture. shockwave therapy and other methods have given me relief and some quality of life back. I am super grateful to know Dr. Vuong and have her look after me therefore I felt the need to share
