Love this place great help and awesome support. I am not well verse in flooring but the lady Faviola was very knowledgeable and made deciding what floor to purchase easy! What I appreciated most is that she listen to what I needed and explain each option in detail instead of just trying to sell me flooring. I highly recommend this place!

I recently had the pleasure of working with S&S Hardwood Floor, owned by Shimon and Shlomit. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail impressed me. The quality of the hardwood floor installation exceeded my expectations. Shimon and Shlomit were communicative, ensuring I was informed at every stage of the process. The final result speaks volumes about their expertise. I highly recommend S&S Hardwood Floor for anyone seeking top-notch service and craftsmanship.

I'm a general contractor who has been working with S&S Hardwood Floor's on all of their locations pretty much for the last 10 years. Today was the final straw. To sum it up, most of the people who are working there are unprofessional and their customer service is subpar. If you try to talk to the owner, they will give you the runaround to the point of frustration. There are plenty of other suppliers. I guess we'll have to find a new one.

Do not trust this company after you pay for the material they give you rubbish when you tell them that the material was defective they are not responsible nor do they refund your money they are cheaters

My floor was getting old and I was shopping around for good quality and durable floors. S&S was such a pleasure to work with. The sales lady was so helpful and immediately understood what I wanted and laid out different options. The end result is so so beautiful it makes such a difference in my house! I'm so happy and grateful. I highly recommend S&S hardwood floors!

I must say that I am very pleased with my hardwood flooring and SS Flooring's installation team, worked very hard to keep schedule. They did a great job and the customer service was very nice! Faviola assisted me with all of my flooring needs and she was very assertive as well as attentive to all of my questions. Thanks for everything. The team at SS Flooring on Pico Blvd in Los Angeles, CA always does a great job. I have referred close friends and family and I will continuously patronize this business for years to come. I work for this guys for 4 days I didn’t even finish the 5th day. Worst guy I ever worked for. He said he had a construction business but it was actually maintenance business. To be honest he has a lot to learn in the construction industry. They say he’s an engineer but no where near that. He said pay rate was going to be 30 to 40 but paid 25 and could even open the property to get back my brand new 4ft latter. He should stick to selling floor and leave maintenance and construction to the pros. This review is not for he’s flooring company cause I didn’t buy nothing from him, but even 1 star is to much for he’s supostly maintenance/ construction company zero stars for waisting my time. If you got skills I recommend you go somewhere else.

A VERY shady company. They're great until you need to return something and then they scam you! I specifically asked the salesman if we could return any unused material for a large flooring job. 'Oh yeah, no problem.' Great. Returned unused materials and the yard guy signed it in, but never told me I needed to take the paper back into the office to get it processed. Weeks go by and no refund so I call. The girl on the other end asks me if I still have the voucher, which I do so I e-mail it to her. Then she replies she can't process a refund because the purchase was made under my contractors account (even though they used MY credit card)...have to jump through a million hoops with the bank to dispute the charge...SHADY!!! Nowhere on the receipt they sent me OR the return voucher does it say a refund won't be processed to the original payment method. After I cause a stink about this, the salesman even calls me to tell me that he remembers talking to me, but 'that there is a new manager there who doesn't want to approve returns like this.' LOL. SHADY!!!! There are a dozen places you can buy flooring material in LA...this place won't survive if they treat customers like this...all over $110. SHAMEFUL!

They have such a big variety of flooring options and their staff is so helpful. Shelly was especially helpful and managed to help us choose beautiful hardwood floors within our budget. We love the results!
