I absolutely love this place, they have a great selection of furniture and as I have noticed they have changed ownership so the place is running a lot better now. More focused on the overall experience rather than just selling furniture just to sell it. I ordered a dining room set, although I picked up the furniture myself they do offer delivery. Overall great experience and I would love to buy from here again .

Only review was written over 3 years ago so I thought I'd share a more recent one. Raffi at Royalty Design Furniture showed great patience when I was going through the countless catalogs looking for the right couch set. I finally decided on a sofa/loveseat and we agreed on a delivery date/time. Raffi called me the day before delivery to confirm. Delivery was made on date and time promised. Couches were delivered brand new in factory packaging. Delivery team unpacked and set up in my living room. Both were very friendly and careful. Overall, a highly positive experience from start to finish and I'm now enjoying a very nice set of couches!

I bought set and they deliver 2 pcs instead of 8 and they do not pay my money back .Now i got lower and sue them

I can't thank the owner of Royalty Design Furniture enough! Considering I'm a very picky person who loves quality craftsmanship work and has expensive taste, Anita, the owner, was extremely patient, sweet, helpful, and just wanted to make sure I was 100% sure satisfied with my custom made sectional. She will answer all my calls everytime I had a question or wanted to change measurments, etc. I was worried my order wouldn't turn out as I hoped for, but it definitely exceeded my expectation. The quality of my order was superb! I had a custom made tufted sectional with studs, beautiful fabric and exact measurements. I also had a custom made bench and ordered eight dining chairs that matched perfectly with my Z Gallerie Sophie dining table. I recieved so many compliments for the look, and comfort as well. I'm so glad I ran into this furniture boutique. Thank you so much Anita! I found Royalty when I heard about the furniture district in Hollywood and then decided to give it a try! There are many different furniture stores with a variety of furniture, custom made to ready to order from $- $$$$; high quality to poor quality; there's definitely something for everyone. I was about to give up until I walked to a small furniture store "Royalty Design Furniture" and found what I was looking for. Not only the style, but the quality of the custom made furniture was excellent( you really need to pay special attention to seams, fabric, wood frame, etc ). Not all shops have good craftsmanship. I look forward to ordering again more custom furniture from Royalty. Anita is lovely to work with and already recommended friends and family.

OMG!!!! Where do I start.... 1st) this place is a joke!!! I ordered a complete set, couch, coffee table, and dining table. They brought the stuff to my house, "free delivery" my butt.... the delivery guys dont speak English, damaged the front door, moldings and the walls, also damaged my furniture!!! 2nd) I called to let them know that there was damage to the furniture caused by their delivery people, come to find out they dont work for them, they contract them out. Of course they wouldn't care!!! So I called them again and again, told them about the issue and a week later, the delivery guys come and take the damaged furniture back to exchange them. 3rd) I had to wait another week to get the replacement furniture which we had to change out the style and brand because of the SHIT quality the first set was, which he said its the best, blah blah blah, we would love it, he has it at his house... blah blah blah... bunch of bullshit coming from the guy. Anyways, we get the furniture, and come to find out, its the WRONG one we ordered!!! NOW here is the fun part!!! Neither the wholesaler or Retailer are willing to change for the proper one we wanted! PLUS the stupid delivery guys damaged the furniture AGAIN!!!! After I called and called and called the owner (Anita) she tells me to put it on craigslist and sell it. How is this possible? how can a company with an owner like this survive? How come there are no more negative responses to this SHIT place!!! I cant believe the service we received from this place! PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS SHIT PLACE. *note: this is the first time i posted any response.... this is how pissed off I am!!!* I want to make sure no one else goes through what my wife and I had to go through.
