This place is a scam for silver work they have done. Stay clear. Also they pocket their work from taxes by only using Venmo.

We brought in a heavily-tarnished Christofle Vertigo 3-Part Server that had been left outside for probably a year. Needless to say it was in desperate need of some professional TLC (or, in this case, CPR!) . Well, our guy Pablo took one look at it and said with supreme confidence that it would be ready in a week. Sure enough, one week later- presto-whamo- the piece looks as good as new. This shoebox-sized establishment has been in business since the early 60's and you can easily miss it as it's located on a busy intersection (Third & FFX) across the street from Trader Joes, but it's well worth seeking out. Heartily recommended.

I inherited a very nice but tarnished set of silverware from my mom. Royale Silver made everything look brand new--even a couple of pieces that had gone through the garage disposal. They do amazing work.

I had an antique coin collection box that needed to have the lock repaired. I took it into Royal silver, and they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price, I am extremely satisfied with it. They could not have been nicer, more accommodating, or more professional .I highly recommend them! They also polished an antique mezuzah that I had and I'm very pleased with the way it turned out and now I'm having it framed.Highly recommend them!Eddie Mendelsohn

Amazing job for an amazing price. I brought in 8 pieces and ended up taking 5 home because I didn't want to have to take out a mortgage on my house. That said, the owner did recommend I get some polish and do the others myself. Great advice.

Great people and fast service... expertly done. Parking in rear or at curb makes it convenient. Note, no credit cards accepted, only cash/check/venmo.

I've had silver candlesticks and wine cups repaired here and have been happy with the work. They recommended a jeweler for a delicate silver bracelet, and I was grateful.

I've collected antique silver my entire life. I probably know more about what can and can't be done with this fine metal. However, with my knowledge I often present a challenge to a silversmith.I purchased a wonderful Sheffield silver plate epergne from a local auction house last month. Metal and glass were in fine condition; however, someone in the 40s or 50s applied lacquer to the finish to inhibit tarnish. This should never be done to silver as the metal will eventually tarnish underneath the lacquer. I typically don't buy silver plate; however, Sheffield silver plate is special and this piece screamed potential. I also wanted an epergne and most epergnes are crazy expensive. I took my epergne into Royale Silver. Assumed the piece would get a new layer of silver plate. However, they assured me that beneath the lacquer laid a really good layer of silver plate. I trusted their judgment as they work on silver all day.Price quoted was high. I told them via text that I was okay with the price if I was to see great results. Returned about 10 days later to pick up my piece. I was not pleased. While they successfully removed the lacquer the polish work was amateurish. They offered me a discount? Not interested. I wanted a world class polish job equivalent to the sum quoted. Reality? When a price quoted is crazy high one expects amazing results. The excuse for the poor polish job was the age of the guy doing the work. Yes - was told the guy is 80 years old and that was the issue. Returned 3 days later to pick up my piece. Results on this second trip were drop dead magnificent. My epergne is now shiny and magical. I LOVE IT. The price initially quoted was no longer an issue. In the end Royale Silver delivered 5 star results. Hence they get 5 stars from me.
