Karen is the best! This is my second time coming to royal auto to fix my car and both times I've had an amazing experience. She's super helpful and attentive. I came back from a flight and did not have enough time to get my car and Karen made sure that happened which I'm super grateful for. My car came out exactly how I needed it I was a little worried because I wanted specific Mercedes' parts but it came out looking so good! Definitely will come back here for all my body shop Needs.

I'm a Turo host and anytime any of my vehicles are damaged I'm bringing them here. They're fast and professional. Karen took care of me and she's great, ask for her! I've worked with them on 3 different jobs and each one has been great!

Karen at Royal Auto is so great & made sure my car was well taken care of! This isn't my first time coming to royal auto. I have multiple cars and the work done at royal auto is always TOP TIER! As soon as I got my car back i couldn't even tell it had been damaged. Seamless paint jobs & repairs.
