I heard about Roxbury thru a friend as I was shopping for an engagement ring and they did not disappoint in the slightest. Jeremy and his assistant Jackie took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and kept me well within my budget. Definitely 10/10 would recommend. I was in the market for an engagement ring and connected with a number of people in the business, everyone says they have the best connection. From the first time I met with Jeremy, it was a different experience than everyone else. Jeremy from beginning to end was incredible to work with. He took time on a Saturday to sit down with my then girlfriend and I and explain to us everything about diamonds, both natural and lab grown, talked about different cuts and all that they entailed. We didn’t meet anyone else who took the time and the no pressure approach to our engagement ring shopping, and he is hilarious to talk to! In the end I got the ring of my now fiancée’s dreams, all because Jeremy was so awesome to work with!

I can't say enough about the experience with Jeremy at Roxbury Jewelry. I went in search of the perfect engagement ring and Jeremy was highly recommended from a few friends/family members -- with good reason! From the very first visit is was a comfortable and trusting relationship and he made the process super easy and fun. Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable and focused on finding and perfecting exactly what the customer is looking for. He found the perfect engagement ring and walked me through the whole process, taking all the time I needed and was very flexible. 10/10, would highly recommend, and will be back for our wedding bands soon!

I could not recommend working with Jeremy and Roxbury more. Jeremy was as professional, timing and consultative as I could have hoped for. He helped me navigate uncharted territories (selecting an engagement ring) and ended up help me find something that far exceeded my expectations. Additionally, a few days before the ring was going to ship I realized i had given him the wrong specs for the band. With 24 hours he had is fixed and shipped to make sure my plans could still happen. He has my jewelry business for life for the work he did!
