Awesome location, two floor set up helps with the foot traffic! Well organized only down side is that it did appear to be a little understaffed, but I do also understand that my visit was on a Sunday afternoon. Nonetheless still a great experience nice and tidy and was able to find what I was looking for and then some!

This location is always out of bags. The employees are very rude and inconsiderate, I complained to the manager and she defended the employees and was rude to me as well. She admitted that it's her job to order bags but she's to incompetent to order, so they always run out. She identified herself as Maria, pretty sure she was lying because when I called later to complain about the treatment I received she refused to give me her name and hung up on me

Located in Brentwood Place, not a typical Ross, with two levels worth of stuffs, yet a lot of items were missing or just less than any other Ross locations I had been to, I had to really spend some time to dig thru the stuffs because they were just not organized, men perfumes zero, backpacks zero, toys zero, no luck on anything, still manage to buy a few things after almost an hour and a half here, it's a nice place to stay and wait the traffic die down, also their parkings are free compared to some other places in LA

I know Ross is a mixed bag of experiences but imma give 5 stars because everything went as expected.I usually shop Monday or Wednesday but I came on a Sunday today even though I know— it’s like the day before stocks— and yeah a lot of merchandise I would usually be interested in: bags or shoes were pretty empty. There were no socks left out there?But I love February!! Because it’s such a good time to buy dresses for occasions. Ppl shopping for prom— omg go now lol, such cute long sequins dresses are there.Stuff I usually don’t get here is the jewelry, wallets, or dressy* outerwear cuz they all kinda look all the same and don’t really flatter me.BUT ANYWAYS— I’ve overtime enjoyed the stock at this location. There’s always usually a few good dresses here and there(I’ve bought like two performance dresses and some cute casual dresses), some decent CK under garments, comfy socks, cute bags(I saw legit coach medium large tote bags today and wanted them so badly— but leaving it for ppl who actually want to use them!) good amount of activewear: but that’s every Ross imothey have good houseware stuff(everything under the sun, mats for your bathroom, your dog, your table,etc, pillows galore): but omg the good mugs/bowls is so so good. Glassware is *chefs kiss*Menswear: being patient and sifting through everything in the shirts is a must. But they have a lottaaaa shoes in stock.I’ve never tried their food items but: they always stock up cute and tasty stuff! (Hello,Kitty ChocoPie??!)Man idk who works noon-afternoon on Sundays but those cashiers were so fast at the check out! And I appreciate that because sometimes the line can be long but they also maintained super polite custom service ✅

Mondays are a day to go. It’s never busy and there’s a lot of products that are new from the weekend. They’ve restocked overnight plenty of parking and not the regular traffic that Ross usually sees other places.
