Self checkout is a nice addition unless you forget to have the security devices removed. Don’t recall seeing anyone who could have done it or even double checked the items for customers like me. ?

Ross has everything! I've never been to this location before and it didn't disappoint. The store was very clean and well stocked. The woman at the register was so kind and helpful. I've recently moved and this is now my permanent Ross location.

I bought an organizer, some candy, ketchup, sugar and a pair of shoes. I originally went in there for four pairs of shoes, but decided to just get that one pair because I was mentally exhausted from the three loss prevention people tailing me around the store. That’s traumatizing!!! I would’ve just walked out, but this is our second store this evening and my daughter really liked those shoes. Plus, the other items were very affordable, so I got them. But trust and know I will not be returning to THIS store, because I got better things to do and be followed around the store when you got cameras and somebody at the damn door!!! There’s no reason to follow your customers around the store!!!! It’s rude and it’s discriminatory. They were not following any other people around the store just me and My family. My hair is nappy and my skin is black and I don’t deserve to be treated like that because I came in here to pay and I don’t got time for them racist games people play!!!! Goodbye forever.
