Everyone is usually always rude here which is no surprise, but today everyone is being fake nice screaming HELLO HOW ARE YOU. They have a group of managers walking around so everyone is being extra but in fact us customers would rather them say nothing rather than screaming especially early in the morning. But my 1 star goes to luisa she checked me out was calm and nice and didn't have to do the most to make my checkout experience nice. To the employees and managers when you read these remember LESS IS MORE.

This morning I stopped by to buy a few things, Luisa was the sales person who assisted with my check out AND helped with getting some jewelry. Her service was excellent and I'll remember this location just because of her.

I rarely leave positive reviews but Mariana provided me and my family with the best customer service experience I have ever recieved at any retail store ever, especially during the busy Christmas season! She’s very diligent with her work and made sure we had a excellent shopping experience and ensured we found everything we needed! Shes clearly a hard worker and it’s appearnt she enjoys her job. I was honestly surprised to find out she isn’t a supervisor or even manager!

I recently visited Los Angeles and decided to come to this Ross on 11/22 to get my daughters a dress for thanksgiving and a few more items. The cashier was very nice and friendly guy but unfortunately he was negligent when it came to giving me all my bags. Now I do not have any thanksgiving outfits for my girls and I do not live in Los Angeles so I have no way to get my items nor money back. I’m thankful but not thankful for this experience. Happy holidays I guess.

The wife loved the place. She went looking for a woman's T-shirt and left with 2 pairs of jeans and a winter sweater. She would have brought more but was feeling guilty about spending money even though we spent less than $60; and this morning she wants to go back again

A central and accessible place with free parking if you buy locally.The store has a very large variety of household products, clothes, shoes, accessories, seasonal decorations, pet products and more.And all at extremely cheap prices!

It’s a typical Ross, however it’s larger than most, has a wide selection of products and plenty of parking. Handicap accessible, restrooms and changing rooms. Friendly staff (for the most part)… easy in and out, across from The Grove if you desire more, centrally located, across the street from a Whole Foods and CVS… it’s definitely a prime location with many many options!

Joelle gave the best customer service I’ve ever had here. I had actually quit coming to this location because the staff was so mean but Joelle changed everything and since she started working here I’ve been back three times in one week. You guys are very lucky to have her.

The most miserable Ross store in town. 100 s of people in the line and only 2 employees in the counter. I do not recommend this store. Mismanagement

The manager's attitude is terrible! The Ross Store manager GWEN at the Mountain View store is really terrible. In order to return the items, I went to the Ross store at Mountain View 4 times, and the clerk there told me that they couldn't make returns because the computer was broken. When I went there for the fourth time, the clerk told me that I couldn't get cash back since one day overdue. I just tried to explain to her. The clerk showed me her bad attitude and no patience at all. She didn't listen to me, and said it was none of her fault. The manager came, not only did she not solve the problem, on the contrary, she even said that she would not return the items for me! What surprised me even more was that she ordered me to leave. I can't believe that the Store manager GWEN treat customer like this. What I did was explaining to the clerk that I made four trips for the return. Not only did the manager not apologize, she also treated me rudely, with an extremely bad attitude. Anyway, because I tried explaining to them, the manager refused to make return for me. I don't even have the right to speak. When I asked her to provide complaint information, she ignored me. She said she didn't want to talk to me. The manager's attitude so surprised me. This attitude and behavior of the manager GWEN really damages the image of Ross. ROSS has the worst customer service ever.

This blonde hair plus sized supervisor with no self-esteem or psychological issues need to be made example of when they publicly humiliated me and frightened my Emotional Support Animal that I am training to be in public places. I was told to leave and threatened with a police escort for being a person of interest that is not me . I am tired of people having their own power of authority to pick and choose they allow to shop . I tried to ask for her name and she tried to hide when I took her picture clearly shows her being wrong . This pain and suffering of traumatic experience for my Emotional Support Animal and myself will go publicly announced and legal actions if necessary. Till she is removed from employment and I and ESA credited for this unpleasant experience.

Incredibly disturbed I understand am a brown bald Hispanic male and the loss prevention are doing. Their job but over being watch is ridiculous after so many times I go the the same store and cashiers are terrible are customer service I wasn’t even finish paying they called someone else to ring up … been shopping their for about 15 years that’s beacause my mother works their so not a great experience at all
