I went to shop here this morning for some clothes, and am very shocked how tight the aisle are! Unbelievable.. I go in one and I get tangled and almost fell.. very tight and it's so bad.. and to top it off the carry on's of the clothes was in the middle of were the people walking and I almost hit a senior and I had to move it.

This store usually has really huge lines but John is such a fast cashier he makes the lines go by so fast but during Memorial Day I noticed the lines going by so slow and it was because John wasn’t working this store really can’t function without him. He definitely deserves a raise or employee of the year he’s such a respectful young man that treats everyone with respect props for Ross for hiring such an amazing worker god bless him!

The selection of stuff in my size was decent, the lines are out the door to pay so make sure you're not in a rush since it will definitely take awhile to check out

It is a great place to buy affordable clothing and household items. I also found some toys for my child at very reasonable prices. However, it gets very crowded on weekends, and the stock tends to be low.

Customer service has diminished. I was the next one in line and the cashier around 10:27am on 07/12/24 had a pair of glasses and decided to go put that back instead of helping me and then came back to ring me up??? Unbelievable. I only had one item.. I even said “thank you” as she gave me my receipt and change but was mute then proceeded to gossip with the other cashier about other team members. The security’s don’t even greet customers here and if they do assist a customer they don’t say anything. Hire new people who know what customer service is.

The Ross Dress for Less store (= cheap clothing) is a chain, so there are several stores across America. For me it's super duper, a real hammer and every time I go on holiday to America I have to check to see if there's a shop like that nearby.
Huge, as big as some Walmarts. Here you can find bargains, returns or last year's items from well-known brands such as Columbia or Nike, but also shoes, household items and decoration.
Everything at discount prices. There were so many great things that we really grabbed it. I could have easily spent a day in there. There are also toilets in the store, but they are locked.

Cute clothes but at what cost...Your sanity ? And as I found out last night of all Ross stores your health although Ross has been my favorite chain there was a news report yesterday saying that Ross dress for less tested positive heavy for lead throughout their products not to mention at this particular location about a month and a half ago a guy who was overdosing in front of the bus stop I ran in for help and they treated me like I was an insane asylum patient the kind of gas let me they shove me off and the one time I thought there was a kidnapper which you could have been but thankfully it was the way opposite end of the spectrum it was a rich guys security team hovering the door so glad it was that because they did not care be careful at this Maryland and Alvarado location it is the pit of epitome

Today I learned... That this was the exact same Ross dress store that exploded in 1985 because of underground Methane Gas ? Sheesh , waiting here like a DMV, is it really worth it for the cheap snacks ??
Will there be An Anniversary for this accident?
