I also needed a reasonable priced shower curtain and I found the perfect one with a happy vibe for only $10.99! ??

Been to better Ross stores but.... Overall it's still good. The only problem seems to be that they are in need of more Cashier's, the line is always so long!
Not a lot of choices for pet supply unfortunately.

The absolute worst customer service possible. Employees there literally yell and roll their eyes on you for everything. Almost like you’re bothering them by shopping there! They do returns and checkout on the same line which is ridiculous because you have to give up half your day to shop there. I think they should close down this location it is definitely bad representation of the Ross brand.

Manager Daniela refused to refund me sunglasses after touching them because they were worn , literally bought the glasses 30 minutes before returning them , I didn’t even opened the box and she started arguing with me, after she touched the lens completely breathing over them , and basically telling me I used them.
Please choose your staff wisely… lost 20 minutes in the lane because of this annoying person.

The cashier Sonia at register 1has a bad attitude.
This employee was of Hispanic descent .
She was rushing me.
No assistance to my car.
She was abrupt and was not friendly.
I do not typically shop at this Ross store.
Not service friendly at all.
The staff at this Ross is not helpful and even the manager Vanessa has a non chalant attitude.

They kept honking horns for people donating to boys and girls club but honestly all it did was make people jump from shock. Not a great idea for anyone suffering with heart issues, diabetic’s or autistic people. Other than that they have good prices for clothing, shoes and just about anything. Cute shoes right now too and they have a big selection of dog items!

This Ross has very rude and disrespectful staff. They can never give a straight answer or if they can’t find the price they just scan something that looks similar to it. The restrooms are so bad that they smell really bed like they don’t use a clear net to clean the bathrooms. There is always stuff all over the floor that is a hazard to customers safety.
