I bought two pairs of underwear and a pair of underwear in this store on Monday. I paid for it by swiping my card and got the invoice. When I got home, I found that the safety lock of one of the underwear was not opened. The next day, I took a taxi back and forth and the store clerk still refused to open it for me. The brand on the invoice does not match the brand on the underwear. What should I do? I just don’t want to help you open it. Then why didn’t you tell me when I asked you to collect money and swipe the card? The service attitude is really terrible. You seem to not care at all. It’s your fault. Adding so much unnecessary trouble to the guests, but not even an apology, and finding various reasons not to open the security lock for you, and I can't even show them the credit card swiping records on my mobile phone. It's really such a rubbish service attitude.

Had my wallet stolen here by some weirdo standing super close behind me in line. PSA: if a creep pushing a cart with nothing but a plate set gets really cozy with you in line, it's not by accident.
Aside from that, this place had the same terrible selection and vibe as every other Ross.

As said by another reviewer, shoe alarms ringing and no employee caring to turn off not even so much as to acknowledge the ringing and try to fix the problem, instead ignoring and walk straight to the back break room as if to say not my problem

People that work here is rude trying asking a question and the lady just walked by me like I wasn't trying to ask her something. Getting in line and I'm pushing my stroller and the Lost pervention girl almost hit my kids with the cart. No sorry my bad anything just walked away and the Supervisor or manager was right there and also didn't say anything

Horrible their alarms are on CONSTANTLY you can NOT shop in peace. I never write reviews but the sound is so loud you just want to leave right away. They don’t bother fixing the alarms and it’s a headache.

This store was being difficult. The process is complicated for getting help in seeing a bag that is locked up. You have to go the line and then ask the cashier to unlock it. It's a huge hassle because the customer might want to look at other items so it means they would need to stand in line twice. If they look at other items and come back, the bag might be sold by then. Other stores like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and even other Ross stores are not like this
