Pleasant shopping experience overall. Heightened security without being intrusive (cough, cough, WALMART). Clean and well organized, especially when considering how busy this location is everyday.

I don't understand how making us wait ten seconds before we can come in prevents theft. Last time I was there some black guy just walked in, loaded up a bag with stuff and took off without paying. Nobody stopped him or did anything about it. They inconvenience the law abiding customers while letting the thieves do whatever they want. I have a better idea. Let people come in normally like any other store but have a security guard posted by the door and have him apprehend anyone that steals and perform a citizens arrest on them. That way paying customers aren't treated like criminals and thieves aren't walking out with free stuff right in front of everyone's face while nobody does anything to stop it. That's how things used to be done before society lost it's mind and stated treating criminals like a protected class.

No bathroom and they make you wait in a boxed line before entering? But won’t say or stop the thieves from walking with merch, so what’s that box and security holding you for? They make the paying customers feel uncomfortable and treat them like thieves.

The most useless Ross! They do not understand the concept of customer service in Retail. They close a good 20mins early with the Security telling you that the staff are overworked and have to clock out at exactly 8pm. They do not allow anyone into the store at exactly 20mins before 8pm which is the time indicated as their close hours. There is hardly any one to help you on the floor and their staff would rather focus on cackling than being of help. The Ross on Pico Blvd is much better.
