I’ve never left a negative review but this place caused me so much extra work and frustration when I was trying to offload a chore.
I scheduled a wash and fold service and they picked it up, delivered it the next day, no problem.
80 pounds of clothes were ‘folded’ and shoved into 3 big bags. I spent over an hour digging individual items out that looked like they were folded by a toddler— many were waded up and stacked.
I’m not particular, but I didn’t expect every single item to be wrinkled beyond wearable, I expected a professional service. It was $180 (after a new customer discount).

I was referred by a friend of mine and loved the idea of being able to have my laundry done for me in order to save time, but sadly this will be my first and last time using your services. Maybe I am just poorer than I originally thought but $242 for three bags of clothes that weren't even filled to the top seems way too expensive to me. These are prices that folks in Beverly Hills would probably be accustomed to paying. We live in South Central Los Angeles and are working regular people. My receipt stated that we had 95 pounds of clothes and we have no way of being able to confirm that is correct. Dirty clothes weigh more so even if we weighed the clothes after they have been washed the weight would be less. Also we paid for Tide laundry detergent and Suavitel fabric softener to be used however the clothes literally smell like nothing. I use Arm & Hammer detergent regularly and my clothes always have a scent after washing so I would expect the same from a higher grade detergent such as Tide. I am not trying to bash your business however I do feel the need to inform folks thoroughly so that they know. I understand that you have to make your money but your services are not within our price range unfortunately. I do like the way everything was folded. Thank you for that.

I've had my laundry picked up twice and I'm so impressed. This is my first time having my laundry picked up and the communication is clear. The pricing is straight forward and they usually come for pickups and drop offs earlier in the time frame that they give. I know that won't always happen lol but so far it's nice because I can carry on with my day and not have to sit around waiting for my laundry. Drivers are really kind, I have time to meet them at my apt door because of all the updates I get from Rosie's via text. Just hope they pay their driver's well because those men have been so lovely and kind

Disappointed! Costumer service was great not going to lie but my clothes was bleached and most turned pink specially my babies clothes. Not what i expected for what i paid. Clothes did not even have good smell smelled like nothing at all. Did not want it my shirts folded and did not follow directions. Now i know its better to do it my self ✅

Outstanding customer service. They make the process seamless. I have been using the services for about a year with no issues. I leave the bag outside in the morning before the gym, and they pick it up and turn around in 14 hours. Also, I have to mention Ms. Ericka is amazing! I left my business debit card in my pocket, and she called me to ensure I come pick up. Outstanding service and outstanding integrity!

Hot water does not work in most of the machines even if you click the hot water wash. Out of all four that I used error says came out in three of them. Attendant offered to run another cycle but who really has time for that. spoke to more customers and they all says they had the same issue for the past 2-3 weeks .

OMG for a person like me - to be able to take laundry: me bed linens and comforters only, get it back clean, fresh, and folded what a treat. Staff is friendly and they are careful with you things. Lock your laundry up until you get there to pick-up.

If I could rate this nasty place to say the least, theft, lying employees a NEGATIVE-0- I would??? They stole 2 pair of my counted Nike yoga pants I had laundered, in addition to other items...THEY WILL AVOID YOUR CALLS, AND TELL YOU THE OWNER ISN'T AVAILABLE!! PLEASE DON'T GO THERE

Do not have your clothes laundered here! They steal your clothes...They stole my Nike pants (2) pair which were counted prior, and never returned my call to discuss the matter. Please do not wash your clothes here it's filthy and the employees are thieves....LESSON LEARNED!! OWNER DOES NOT CALL...I HAD TO FILE LAWSUIT

I appreciate Rosie Wash's Wash and Fold Pick Up and Delivery Service so much! I used to take my laundry to a nearby dry cleaners, but this is even better! Setting up an account with their website is really easy and you can schedule your pickups and drop offs on days and times that are most convenient. The laundry itself always returns nicely folded and smelling super-fresh. Better and more convenient than doing it myself and worth every cent!
