They have great taste and can whip up a bouquet on the spot that always works! I never like to impose on a florist with a walk-in if I can help it, but sometimes it's a last-minute thought on my part. Rosebay has been very accommodating to that end and they've always nailed it. I've previously been picky with florists and often picked things out myself, but I have been able to relax that attitude at Rosebay and just trust their choices.

I've been ordering from Rosebay with some regularity and I am always *very* pleased with their arrangements. They're always beautiful to give as gifts or keep for yourself and they're very reasonably priced. It's such a treat being able to order flowers last-minute and have them show up my door within an hour. Highly, highly recommend Rosebay!

I received the most lovely flowers and a scented candle from ROSEBAY florist and candles, and I accidentally dropped the box the candle was in when I was taking it out. The owner was so kind to replace it for me. Customer service and beautiful product. I will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

The owner of Rosebay Florist & Candles was so lovely to work with and I really enjoyed supporting a local small business. She sent me photos of the flowers before delivering them to make sure I liked them and they were lovely. What a gem of a store in West Hollywood.

Rosebay has becomed my go to Flowershop! i often order from them (especially since i dont live in California) my friends love it! Thank you for always making my deliveries get there on time♡.I highly recommend this place!

Wow! Received flowers from my partner who ordered from Rosebay, and was absolutely blown away with the arrangement! The bouquet that was delivered was very generously and skillfully put together, layered with gorgeous ribbon, and even included a small candle and matches. When I sent him a photo, he was blown away at what was delivered -vs- what he paid (which is a very nice surprise). HIGHLY SUGGEST!

Before even entering I could already smell the wonderful fragrance of candles. Huge plus. :)Came to check this place out and it is a cute shop. Everything is neatly displayed, organized, and welcoming environment as well. I came in to get something simple and Lin made it spectacular! I was genuinely impressed and in love with what she did with the flowers I chose. Definitely recommend this place and will be back soon.No parking lot, just street parking.

I'm super happy with the two purchases I've made at Rosebay florist. Linh has provided me with amazing options for beautiful floral arrangements and tailored them to fit my budget. She is so easy to work with and provides amazing customer service. Will be purchasing more in the future!!

Ordered these for a birthday. They were actually reasonably priced, I was so surprised! The bouquet was beautiful as well as beautifully wrapped. The delivery driver was very courteous and made sure the recipient received it. Great customer experience they kept me up to date as to when they were out to be delivered like I asked! Will totally use them again and recommend to others

Linh at Rosebay was extraordinary! She assisted my mother’s requests to deliver my flowers in the most exemplary way. My mother is in Florida and I’m in Cali…Linh was attentive to detail, was a great communicator and contacted me personally to ensure that the beautiful flowers were handed to me, by her, personally. My mother and I highly recommend this florist! Even the tissue and wrapping details were done with such artistry and detail! I’m so grateful ????????????????
