PSA: DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT and your provider isn't available 24/7. I like to shop small--especially if I can help out a mom and pop store. I've had tremendous amount of guilt for going to grocery store pharmacies out of convenience. A pharmacist (not Jessica because she's pretty darn awesome) at Pavilions laughed at me, so I tried to look for a new place. Mental health crisis = more patients desperately in need of help = providers working their bums off = fatigue / burn = patients suffer from difficulty accessing their providers. I was told--since Rosanne has never heard of my psychiatrist, my medications have to be approved. Because, you know, she knows all the psychiatrists and I'm making him up out of my a*** Mind you, he's been my psychiatrist for the past ten years. If they took the time to look at CURES, they would see that he was my doctor since 2010 and has been practicing medicine for over 50 years. So I call him up. They want his personal number and I tell them that that's not something I should give out. My psychiatrist picks up and says he is busy right now but acknowledges my concern. Why does this happen when you're trying to do something good by shopping small? Irked. Irritated. Disappointed. Well, I guess this is why I'm on medication. ------------------------- What is this accommodation?

The best pharmacy I have ever been to! They offer all three covid vaccines including the booster and much more. Roseanne, Rebecca & Mary are truly incredible and they truly care about your well being. :)

Despite being 23 y/o I am still incredibly scared of needles and had been avoiding getting the COVID-19 Vaccine for too long. The person there was so accommodating. She used the retractable serienge (generally used for kids) because of my fears. Didn't feel a thing. So incredibly grateful to her for helping me get over my fears of needle and for the vaccine shot. I know where I am going the next time I need to take a shot

Roseanne is polite professional and really a pleasure to deal with ! I have coming here for over 5 years getting my meds. ! as well receiving my booster vax for covid ! This place is uncrowded fast and i just love the vibes here every time i come here ! Roseanne recently ordered some medicine for a dear friend when all the other pharmacies in our area were either out or unavailable ! Total friendly clean & classy ! I wish I had done myself a favor and found this wonderful pharmacy years ago! Roseanne, Mary and every person I have encountered here are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. If you would like outstanding service in a clean and friendly environment then Vine Discount Pharmacy is your place! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I would have given them 5 stars but the pharmacist are bit lazy. 1st time they except my workers compensation prescription through the phone and it was quick n easy. This 2nd time around I was advised by the supervisor that Kaiser had to send them(Vine Pharmacy) a written letter stating that my prescription was through a workers compensation claim and that she had already called them so there was nothing she could do. Excuse me, why would the prescription be fulfilled the 1st time around? And on my 2nd time I get the run around. You have to be joking me and this is coming from the supervisor. Wow This is a mom and pop pharmacy, I usually like making an effort to bring business to local vendors but you know what? At this point, I'm just going to CVS we're I know they won't give me an attitude because they don't want to transfer a prescription. I'm sure the owners wouldn't like know that their employees are send customers away. I'm other words, money walked out the building and went to another pharmacy. Update: Funny I received a phone call from Kaiser on the job injury and again Kaiser advised me. The pharmacy (new pharmacy not Kaiser) must call to obtain prescription and they can not send a prescription with worker's compensation claim because claim is NOT being done through Kaiser. I ended up taking my business to CVS Pharmacy were they were happy to call Kaiser and transfer my prescription. I even received my prescription on the same day with no hassle. Hmmm I think someone didn't want to do their job. It's sad that I had to go through a corporate branch just to get my medicine. You would think that smaller pharmacies would at least try to make an effort. But it is what it is!

I was discriminated against as a young black male. She refused to verify my prescription. Lied under false pretenses to make me feel she couldn't order it. When I asked to make a complaint she did not give me her state board license number so I recorded it . She runs over to me and hits my hand causing two scratches/scars by Roseanne Papoyan. She tried to steal my phone after hitting me . Police report for battery was taken , inevitably formal action will follow . Don't come her very unethical unprofessional and will be judged negatively .

Had to get two vaccines ASAP and found this place on Yelp, and I'm glad I did! Roseanne helped me out both times and she was lovely. I was in and out within 15 mins.

Easy, no lines EVER, takes my insurance, answers the phone IMMEDIATELY. Amazing! No teleprompter or endless hold time! Now is the time to support an independent neighborhood pharmacy. I wish I had switched years ago.

Consistent, outstanding personable service. The Pharmacist/ Owner Roseanne has gone above and beyond to help me on the multiple occasions I have asked. Her staff of women (girls rule!) are friendly and helpful. They have a limited and well curated selection of products for general health needs at a decent price. Roseanne's knowledge of pharmacopoeia and related health issues is vast and up-to-date. She takes the time to answer all of my questions, even the occasional non-pharmacy related ones. In the years I have been frequenting Vine Pharmacy I have always felt welcome and familial.

This pharmacy is the best! Roseanne is super knowledgeable and gives me first class treatment. Her associates Rebecca and Gladys are both very friendly and helpful. I don't feel like a number like I did at some chain pharmacies. And it's nice seeing the same pharmacist every time I go in. And she keeps me up-to-date on my immunizations. Overall I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist Roseanne has been taking care of me for the past fifteen years. I contribute my good health to two things. Seeing a doctor on a regular basis and having the best, and most caring Pharmacist. She is always ready to answer any health questions you may have with a caring and a vast knowledge of medicine. The staff always has a smile for me and i never leave with a bad feeling not once in fifteen years. Thanks to all the staff.... You girls rock!!!! Thank you so much girls for laughing at my d*** jokes. You keep me well and I'll keep you smiling.
