Noticed that Romeo had a good rating and a real office address (don't trust the businesses without a real location)Called the #, he picked up immediately, was extremely professional.Above all else, the price was reasonable.Would use his services again

Got a flat tire. Had to get towed. Every tow truck in my area I called had fake address and was charging high prices. It felt predatory due to the situation I was in. I saw that Romeo's Tow had good ratings and a real address / location.I called the number and he picked up right away. He arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and the price was solid. Would use this company again

this company has no business towing for ford. no where close to any estimated time. got my truck hooked up and could figure out how to get the truck out of neutral which being in the tow business you should have that figured out. so i started to to look it up for him after waiting for 4 hours for them to arrive. i go back outside and he had left. very shady and unprofessional

Romeo’s towing is the absolute best in the Silverlake/Echo park/Los Feliz/NELA area! My car’s tire went flat and I needed a tow to my mechanic! Romeo had the best price by far after calling 5 other places! The best part is he’s truly a good person who help’s people! If you need a tow, he’ll help you! Romeo went above and beyond to help my mom and I. Transparent pricing and very affordable. I would trust Romeo again and again. His location is an assuming lot on sunset blvd, and Romeo accommodated us and helped us with a tow that was over 50 miles. He gave us time estimates that ended up being spot on. I got my car towed by Romeo's Tow and I had THE BEST experience. I was in such a bad situation due to a car accident and I was in dire need of getting my car towed and Romeo was such a pleasure to work with. My car engine was dead so he helped to jump start my car and loaded my car up with such great care unlike most tow truck operators who don't care for your vehicle or if they damage your vehicle. Not only that, he also drove me back home because my phone was dead and I couldn't call an Uber to get home. For anyone who is looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, kind, and generous, hit up Romeo's Tow. You will definitely be taken care of and in good hands!!

I got stuck from an electrical problem in the middle of the road near downtown LA. Being a new resident and not knowing a soul, I relied on all the great reviews from Romeo's Tow that this was a good choice. I had called three other towing agencies and didn't get a response. Romeo was very kind and patient and even though he was busy helping another customer, I can forgive the wait because Romeo basically saved my life. I will very gladly keep Romeo on speed dial should I have another emergent car matter. Thank you! I've never had a kinder tow person even across statelines!
