I'm new to drum machines. I bought the Roland TR-08. I like all the sounds and options, but with no manual and after watching hours of tutorials and pushing buttons and dials I can't perform a completely basic function - save and name a pattern or track that I create. The amount of time you spend carefully writing in an interesting pattern, you move a dial the wrong way or turn off the machine...gone, whoof. Never to be heard from again.Come on Roland! Do you seriously think I will keep a digital machine where I can't save anything?

Their service just sucks. Rude condescending replies to customers that have spent thousands on faulty products. I have had a KC-990 in warranty service for 3 MONTHS! Parts are backordered. Why sell it then, if they can't service it? And of course you can't actually talk to anyone. Just continual support requests through their site that lead nowhere. Terrible. I will never buy a Roland product again.

Same as others here! Can't get a hold of anyone in person. Everything is automated! Mailbox is full! Tech support doesn't get back to you! I just want my $200 rebate for purchasing the Roland Juno-X in September! Why is it such a hassle Roland? Anybody else have the same problem?

No one answers the phones. "Mailbox is full" when you try to leave a message. Automated system only tells you to go to their website. I had some questions about a digital piano they make. So much for getting an answer. In the end, this poor service forced me to go with another brand. Good luck everyone else.

Could someone please reach out to us at TAP Electronics. I have been trying for months attempting to get support but no one answers the phone or emails. Almost every extension has their voicemail box full...even the receptionist has a full vm box. I need a supervisor.

Roland customer support has now been reduced from a phone call, to an email if you are lucky enough to get an email back that is not a generic computer generated one. They suck so bad! There is absolutely no support for products that cost thousands of dollars. It is pitiful really. It is completely pitiful. They get short with you and treat every customer as if you are an inconvenience. There is NO support for Roland product, yet their prices are in the thousands.

received Aerophone non functioning upon receipt. brought to authorized service center and they said send it back to factory for warranty replacement or repair. Roland service request submitted and received an auto reply that said they are closed for the holidays and will return 1/4/2023 but... it's April of 2023. no return authorization received. does not inspire confidence when customer service interface is not kept up to date.

I have owned a lot of Roland products in my life. They make great stuff. However, their tech support is the worst! For a company as large as theirs, you'd think they'd have some phone help. I waited all day. Never got a call back. Their online email system is inadequate. I needed someone to guide me through an issue I was having. After dozens of email I gave up and called a local music store for help. If people spend a lot of money for a piece of gear from Roland they should be able to get a one on one tech support person. I don't think that's too much to ask.

When you have a roland product that is in need of repair or service, this is the worst place to get help. Very slow & lazy customer service. No one is available to answer calls and the Auto Attendant just redirects you back to their website. If you live nearby, you cannot even drop off the product yourself in person or they'll just turn you away. You are forced to ship and pay for it. They use c0vid as an excuse to not get the job done. Decided to de-register my product and trash it. Switching to another brand

I have been a vendor of Roland for years and though I like there products, their customer service sucks! Rude people, their warranty service is nonexistent. I tried to be a warranty repair center for them as I am for so many of their competitors. Couldn't get parts, no tech support at all and when finally getting someone on the phone they are completely rude and act as if they don't care. Terrible Service and nothing is ever in stock.

Great products but the customer service is not good. Have had to use Youtube videos and google to figure out answers because the support department's answers were so vague and non-responsive to my questions.

Absolutely s*** customer service, actually there is none 0 nanda jack squat have spent thousands of dollars on boss gear and no support. This is robbery I've never bought anything electrical equipment that has no support wtf.
