Yikes. So expensive. There's a large assortment of candy, however, be prepared to overpay. I realized after I left that I paid $12.99 for a regular size bag of Strawberry Sour Patch Kids...they literally cost no more than $5.00 elsewhere. I bought a few other overpriced pieces of candy that I could've purchased at Galco's in LA for less...will never go back here. It was also uncomfortable to shop because the cashier stared at me the entire time like I was going to steal something. I had no purse, no other bags...guess I could've put items in my pockets? I don't like writing negative reviews, however, between being watched uncomfortably and paying an excessive amount for candy...not a great experience.

Such a cute little candy shop. I visited with one of my sons and he bought a grass flavored soda. I picked up a "buffalo chicken wing" flavor soda for my other son. I hope he lets me have a sip .

This store has collections of soda pop & candy, not just from US markets even from international markets. I saw labels with Japanese and Chinese!

Have you ever wanted to be "a(n) (adult) kid in a candy store"? Feeling nostalgic? Head on over to Rocket Fizz! This place sells candy and soda pop. It is located in Westwood Village near the UCLA campus. They have so many varieties of goodies here! You can get the popular, more common and available choices like M&M's, Jelly Beans, or Sour Patch Kids. They also have candies that were popular in years-gone-by like Clark Bar and Sugar Daddy and Ring Pops! My favorite candies to browse are the hard-to-find international candies from all over the world. Japanese flavored green tea Kit Kat anyone? How about some mochi? The sodas are actually served in glass bottles which is super cool!! They have really interesting flavors available like Cotton Candy and Red Velvet Cupcake Cookie Dough and Flying Cauldron Butter Beer (for all you Harry Potter fans!). My fave part of the store are the retro-looking funny posters on the wall. It makes the experience even more entertaining. This is a fun place to take your out of town guests if you are already in Westwood and want to treat them to something fun and unique! 10% off when you check in on Yelp.

Cashier was horribly rude and clearly miserable, they charged $11 for something you can find in other states for $3, and upon opening it, found it had previously melted and been crushed. This place is a gigantic waste of prime real estate.

The selection of sweet things at Rocket Fizz is simply astounding!Of the all the SoCal stores, by far my favorite it the Westwood location!!!What a culinary adventure!!! P.S. Ask for Jasmine!

As mentioned most of what’s here is expensive but it’s also hard to get a variety like this in one place. What is not often mentioned is that the salt water taffy and other non-chocolate bulk candy are super cheap by the bag. Grab an $8 or 11$ bag and just fill it with whatever you want. It’s a dream for the kiddos.

Everytime I buy candy here it tastes old or stale like it's been sitting there for months. Never have this problem in the other location.

Really enjoyed coming by this store! Seeing all the cool items they had and it was overall a good vibe! The owner was really nice! I would definitely be coming back and will tell my friends about it! If you have the sweet tooth is the place for you!!!

They have A TON of hard to find sodas and candies, and even foreign-brand snacks. The only issue is that it's REALLY overpriced; in a city where I can get pocky for $2, they sell the same ones for $5.
