Great experience here, they got my suit cleaned and pressed just in time for a friends wedding. Reasonably priced ($21 for a suit and pants), and quick turnaround made this my new favorite spot.

I’ve been going to this father-son run shop since I moved to LA 17 years ago. Marcelo is a permanent fixture. Always friendly, knows you by name (and your number!), and makes every effort to work on even the most challenging stains or delicate projects. Never go anywhere else.
Support local!

Marcelo is absolutely wonderful and always so kind. I have been coming in pretty regularly now to get my uniform pieces dry cleaned. He is willing to accommodate my crazy schedule as a flight attendant, and my uniform always comes back cleanyand neat. The prices are a good value for the service provided, and it's always lovely to support a local business.

I brought a blanket in to get dry cleaned a a couple years ago and it was $30. I picked a throw blanket up today after not hearing back from them in over 2 weeks and it was $49. (They hadn't called, I dropped in to see what was going on). That's half the cost of the blanket. Outrageous! It's on me for not asking the price prior to leaving it with them but I will not return here for anything because of the absurd price. I also have a pair of pants that needed patching and they're still not done. He said they were behind but I didn't know it would take 3 weeks to patch a rip. I feel sick to my stomach with the price and the service.

This is a place with upmost integrity. I don’t post reviews for regular good service. That’s part of the business. But this owner, Marcelo always goes the EXTRA MILE. He remembers everyone’s name. Even me. I don’t dress up in my normal routine so not much to dry clean. Anyways,Let me share one experience. One of my favorite shirt got a splash of stain in the front. I took it to Ritz and consulted with Marcelo. He even tested couple processes prior taking the job. He told me he wasn’t sure he can remove the stain but I ask him try and I’ll pay for the process. When I went to pick it up, he got some off but he wasn’t happy with the work he did. I promised to pay so I was trying to pay him but he REFUSED. I feel lucky to have a great cleaner like Marcelo in our neighborhood. I highly recommended this place!! PS. I may start wearing more dress shirts so can give him more business hahaha.

Best dry cleaner in West LA! Marcelo's service is amazing! He was able to get out some really tough stains on a white t shirt. Highly recommend

The best dry cleaner I’ve been to. The owner always goes the extra mile and pays attention to detail with the garments you drop off. Remembers his customers and treats them well.

It pains to write this review as I have been a customer at Ritz for over 20 years. The owners are a lovely, hard-working family and they do excellent work, BUT the prices, which have always been on the high side, have crossed a line. Today I was charged $86 dollars to dry clean a lightweight, cotton Burberry raincoat. $85 dollars for the coat and an extra dollar for the belt. I know the owners and expressed my shock and was given some excuse about 1/4 of an inch piece of leather trim on the small belt attached to the cuff. Not satisfied with that answer, I was then told that the item was mischaracterized an overcoat and I would be given an "future credit". I am done. I have spent THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars at this establishment, but I no more. This is extortionate and feels like abuse of a loyal customer base. Unless your hard-earned money means absolutely nothing to you, I would recommend you find another dry cleaner.
