This establishment is always understaffed. When you call it always takes at least 45 min to answer. When you go in person you wait no less than 30 min to get served.

This will be my last time coming to rite aid.. as I was walking to pay for my water bottle, an elderly lady with dyed hair walked up to me and started harassing me because she didn't like that my shoes had holes in them. She has seen me here multiple times now.. my shoes have not changed at all in that time. She knows I'm homeless. This is nothing but targeted harrasment. I asked her to please stop harassing me, she refused.. I told her to stop talking to me with an aggressive tone, she didn't. I am a paying customer, I don't deserve to be treated this way. I over heard employees whispering about me being there to steal. It was bizarre. I've never once stolen from this rite aid.. I pay for my water and leave. I'm so sick of being harassed everytime I step foot inside this store. The woman harassing me made a huge scene, and she blocked me from going to self checkout. I just wanted to leave, it was so frustrating. I don't know what her goal was. Prevent me from paying? It made no sense. I was right there and trying to pay and she stood blocking self check out and would not stop talking about my appearance. When I asked her co workers what they thought about her harassing me, they all said nothing and gave me death stares. These same employees give me dirty looks every time I've previously come to this store. The two Hispanic ladies and black man working behind the counter did not care one bit that she was harassing me. None of them came over to tell her to back off. None of them had anything kind to say to me as I walked out of the store.. I'm a paying customer.. Management needs to fire all of them, they are losing you business. I never plan to return to this rite aid, or any rite aid location again. I will be calling the customer support number I was given. Previously I had not, but this harrasment has escalated to the point that I don't feel safe to step foot near this store. No one should be treated the way these four employees treated me today, and have been treating me over the last several weeks. Everytime I walk into this store, I'm greated by death stares from them.. this is Los Angeles. There are so many homeless people here. We need access to stores like rite aid to get food and water... we are extremely vulnerable people.. I do not enter this store and steal. I don't come here and so drugs. I do not vandalize the property.. I buy my water and leave as quickly as I came. Management needs to do something about these employees. It is complete unacceptable how I was treated, and I am certain I am not the only person receiving this harassment.

First things first: Ari is a very fair Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager that keeps the staff in line when he is there. When he is not there, j e n n y k i m pharmD goes buckwild as do the rest of the staff. They NEVER smile, Never thank you... they will ACCUSE you of being a d r u gg a d d i ct like it's nothing. they will lie to you about what insurance is covering because they are too lazy to deal with THEIR OWN system ( rite aid's technology for rx filling) Most of the actual store staff including the cool lady with the colored hair is pretty good and I love Rosa Mae. Such a nice ole crazy lady. The p h i li ppino folks in the pharmacy are good too. I dont mind a mess up here and there. What I do mind is my plans being interrupted because of being given incorrect refill dates or BEING LIED TO BLATANTLY and I also DO NOT appreciate any patients being treated poorly and lil miss j e n n n y k i m lying about her name NUMBER ONE and number two having a constant poor attitude and practicing medicine without a license. FIRE HER! She is AWFUL!!!!! I'm SURE Rite Aid can find another Pharmacist that will GLADLY take her pay and hours. ARI PLEASE get rid of J K

I don’t usually leave reviews but after my experience at this place I felt like obligated to. This is not a friendly establishment. In fact, they’re so rude and unprofessional that I left without even getting my medicine and I promised myself I would never return.

Subject: Extremely Dissatisfied with Prescription Service I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by RiteAid. Despite being assured that my prescription was ordered on Monday, I have faced continuous setbacks. After six persistent phone calls today, I was informed to contact my doctor for a prescription change, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. What's more concerning is the lack of communication during the past six days. No effort was made to inform me or my doctor about the unavailability of the prescribed drugs. Shockingly, it seems RiteAid stocks cheaper generic brands and charges insurances for full-price brand names. This experience has been utterly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this feedback to highlight the significant shortcomings in service and communication. RiteAid keep promoting GoodRx spending millions of dollars on advertising to bring more customers to their struggling business but their employees simply don't care to pick up the phone and do their job wish they would spend advertising money on hiring professionals

Waited 50 minutes for my prescription and then they lost it. Some of the most incompetent employees I've ever encountered. Will never be visiting here again.

It would be really hard to give my Rite Aid at 7900 Sunset Blvd LA CA 90046 a good review. I go mainly for the pharmacy and then I buy things that I need for the house once I'm there but whenever the head pharmacist is off duty the pharmacy literally collapses into a NON caring. NON friendly, Inhospitable place. Ari the head pharmacist does his very best to take care of everybody Even though they are usually critically understaffed. My wife and I have given up on trying to call Rite Aid pharmacy. You dial 323 876 4466 and you hit 8 then 8 again & then 1.. That's supposed to get you to a live pharmacy employee but it literally works one out of 25 times if you're lucky. Tonight 10/13/2023 they hit a new LOW. I made an appointment a week in advance to get a COVID booster shot I confirmed it online I filled out the papers, I showed up, Ask for my booster shot and was ignored for about 25 minutes and finally some nasty not-attractive women told me I did not have an appointment for a Covid Booster shot and then ignored me but I asked her to show me because I had the confirmation in my phone.. I really couldn't believe the rudeness of this lady. She seemed genuinely annoyed that I wanted a COVID booster shot. She would be much better suited working in a jail or prison. I've been shopping at this Rite Aid for 35 years. it used to be called Thrifty drugs. I really wish there was another pharmacy that's open late close to my house. I want to reiterate when Ari is there during the day it's a completely different pharmacy but that's not good enough. Thank You Marc Fogel 310 684 0599

I have no complaints about this Rite Aid. The pharmacy team are always helpful and friendly - but also very slammed at times. Be kind, it’s not their fault. We got our COVID booster + flu shot and were in and out in :15 minutes. The pharmacist who delivered them was very nice and gave one shot in each arm, unlike CVS who will do both in the same (which resulted in a very sore arm last year).

Their phone system is broken. Sometimes you just get a dial tone when you call, other times it loops you over and over back to the main directory.This has been an issue for months. Considering the phone is how you interact with the pharmacy, this makes it impossible to get in contact with them even if your request is time-sensitive.Until this problem is fixed, do yourself a favor and fill your prescriptions at a different Rite Aid.

Been coming to this Rite Aid Pharmacy regularly since the early 90's. They're fine! Never got a wrong Rx, and they are "patient as Saints" considering all the Hollywood goofballs who come through here.

I have spent the better part of the last 45 minutes, waiting on the phone for someone to answer... Every time, I am suddenly met with a dialtone! It's incredibly infuriating to not be able to speak to a human being!
