Ugh I am so over this pharmacy. Their communication is not great, and I could deal with that if there was a way to contact them. Their phone system never works. So I literally have to walk in to inquire as to my prescription status. And then it takes multiple visits.

Just shut it down already. This is the biggest waste of retail space I’ve ever seen. Empty shelves, nothing on the walls, bare isles. What’s the point of staying open? Are we that lost as a society that people can’t behave at a pharmacy.

I don’t know what’s happening at this store. I’ve been filling prescriptions for 15 years. over the last several months medications aren’t ready when they are supposed to be, and the stress levels and attitudes in the pharmacy are obvious and not customer service friendly. I don’t know if they are understaffed but it’s BAD. Also - the shelves are half empty all the time. What’s happening here?

I love this store. I've been coming here for 15 years. I hope Rite Aid can keep this store open. The people who work here are the friendliest I've ever experienced in a Drugstore.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY IN THE COUNTRY(and yes I've been many of pharmacies in this country) Why I even have gave them chance after chance, to do their job or even understand the concept of their job, Is beyond me!!! I could go on and on but no need to waste my time, just save your time and choose another pharmacy!

Have tried calling this pharmacy multiple times in the last week and never get through to anyone. The phone rings once and then goes to an endless stream of music...there has been a few times when it sounds like someone picks up the phone but there is no response on the other end and then I'm disconnected immediately. I've tried calling at least 10 times different days and times and the same thing happens each time.

Needs to close , not even Covid related . Service related . The community would be better served as a vacant building . Parking space is needed .

This store has some challenges with homeless people, I'm pretty sure there is a crack head that permanently lives in a broken car in the parking lot but that's not the stores fault. Their staff is super friendly and helpful and really does their best despite the soul crushing work for low wages that retail provides. And they have the best flavor of Gfuel energy drink, strawberry lychee. It's hard to find! Also good sales on beer now and again. ?

This establishment is always understaffed. When you call it always takes at least 45 min to answer. When you go in person you wait no less than 30 min to get served.
