I'm a physician and was hung up on by the pharmacist mid-conversation. Called in a prescription for my patient twice 2 weeks ago (they had no record of the first call). My patient has been calling every day (per their instructions) and told to call back after 2pm the following day. I called today and was told medication is not available. Unprofessional.

Mike is the best pharmacist out family has ever had. He makes us feel so cared for and really brings the humanity out in everyone waiting in line. Really makes a difference to have a warm positive person to interact with around medicine. We will never be going to any other pharmacy as long as Mike is working at this Rite Aid. Thank you Mike!

Honestly good luck on them answering the phone in the pharmacy. I have to literally go down there in person to even ask a question, see if my prescription is ready, etc. god forbid they are sold out, which is always the case, because they WONT notify you. It's such a joke and a waste of time. 90% of the time, there's at least 6 people working behind the counter and just ignoring the phones.

Terrible uncaring staff, lost my prescription twice, then denied ever having it until I had my doctor call them while I was there in person. When they finally starting filling it, the 15 minute wait turned into 45 mins. I’m still sitting here waiting. FILL YOUR MEDICATIONS ELSEWHERE.

This is the worst pharmacy ever known to mankind. I been going here for years. And after my doctor sends the prescription it’s always an issue. I keep telling myself I will never come here but I still do (dumb me)My prescription was sent at 12:39 and I arrived at 5:20 and the prescription wasn’t ready. When I got there they just started working on it. This place hands down will let you DIE. DO your self a favor and go to CVS on fig and ave 60. My whole family goes there never an issue. Idk why I haven’t changed. Worst part about it, I got diagnosed with cancer last year but it takes me 2 days to get my medication after the prescription is sent. Horrible place and waste of time. They reply to the negative comments in here faster than they will pick up the phone. My doctor sent me 4rx but they only gave me 3rx. Like I said this place will let you DIE

the phone is not answered. called number of times to see if prescription is ready for pickup but no response. I am going back to CVS. avoid this farmacy. There has been many complaints in the past about the service at the farmacy but the problem continues unresolved. Poor company service. That is why they are doing bad financially.

I went into this store today (Nov 28) and the Christmas music was blasting full volume in the store. It's torture. I feel so sorry for the people that work there. For the love of everything please turn it down!

I came to this location to buy some stuff... As I went to pay, on the registration was Anthony, A Hispanic make probably in his early Thirties... Anthony was smiling to everyone and providing such a good customer services with his Humble personality as they paid for their purchases... I really respected Anthony's way to provide the customer service, it was something we barely see it those days.....Thank you so much Anthony.....

Literally the worst customer service ever. I have spent 2 days and over an hour trying to refill a prescription over the phone. The pharmacy hasn't picked up a single phone call. The only reason I switched to Rite Aid was because they had my prescription after my old pharmacy had been out of stock for months. No wonder the franchise is bankrupt, everyone's completely checked out over there and either doesn't care about their work or doesn't care enough to maintain the phone.

Wow...I read the 100% negative reviews about the pharmacy before I made my appointment for the vaccine, but it's my local store, and I've shopped here dozens of times and loved it. This was my first interaction with the pharmacy, however, and it will be my last. It will also, unfortunately, be the last time I set foot inside to shop for anything. My appointment was pre-scheduled for 5:20, I arrived at 5:20--the last appointment of the day, by the way--and was told the pharmacist had gone to lunch. WHAAAT? I am well aware that employees both require and deserve a lunch break, but right before the last appointment of the day? And I have to wait for his return? A half hour or more? On my time? Why wasn't I contacted? I even filled out ALL their forms ahead of the appointment ...and no contact? no customer service whatsoever? I hate to tell these condescending workers behind the pharmacy counter, but you work for us. Not the other way around. I will not wait at your convenience, not when I booked the appointment ahead of time and filled out all the paperwork before I got there. PLEASE--these people named Pam or Audrey, do not issue a blanket standard Rite-Aid Corporate apology. Instead, CHANGE YOUR CULTURE. You're losing customers.

I don't even want to give these Incompetent worker's in the Pharmacy a 1 Star! You don't open at 8am as it state's on line. You are so Harsh and Insensitive to your customer's with serious medical need's. You could careless about the importance of Customer Service. Shame on all of you! Switching TODAY to CVS!

Where do I start... THE PHARMACY- Erik, the pharmacist is the extremely rude, unprofessional, abusive, insulting, ignorant, impolite...etc. Everything in the book. If someone does NOT want to deal with customers, GET ANOTHER JOB. That man is horrible. And not just me but so many customers say that. I have also heard comments from other staff members saying "that's how he is". Well he should not be representing RiteAid Pharmacies. I do not understand how that man is there. Nothing gets done, nothing. He says because "he is a manager" well, then the manager should go because if a company has bad management, that will ruin the complete organization.
