UPDATE the company responded to say I am reviewing the wrong company but that is FALSE.
I booked my move through Rigos Moving & Storage, period. Directly through their website contact information. I did not use this other imposter company.

First they require for you to pay for the full move up front ?
And via Zelle!? ??
That should be the end of the story because it is giving scam and screaming unprofessional.
However, I found the company was recommended on multiple sites based on affordability and overall customer rating so I took a chance.
I have a laundry list of complaints about the move. They showed up unserious. Sluggish and not ready to move as the first customer of the day. I was shocked I even offered to get them some coffee. One guy was wearing Vans laced for fashion no real ankle support for a move. They asked if I wanted for them to place loose items in a large moving box that had wheels which would be easier to move the items. I agreed because it seemed efficient, but I had not realized they would use this opportunity to waste a TON of time. Coming into grab two pillows ???to take back out to the truck to put in the box? We packed clothing in moving bags that had handles. They took these bags staked them into a wardrobe boxes spending ungodly amount of time taping the boxes. It was just wildly unorthodox and completely inefficient.
We had a less than 650 square foot 1bdrm 1 bath with minimal furniture on the first floor moving to another first floor apartment. When they first arrived we asked if they thought they could finish in the 2 hours scheduled and they said no problem, no hesitation. After 1 hour of moving only half of the items had been moved outside and many of them were staged near the truck, not even on the truck. I told the guy we were running behind on time and not to worry about putting the small things in the box. However, this backfired because they then stopped using all logic to pack the truck.
I wasn’t overly worried about having to pay for an extra hour, but I was extremely disappointed that in the end, they could not move all of our items. I actually requested they move one specific heavy plant pot because I knew I could not move it later in the car and they said the truck was full and when I pointed out there was still space in the truck they said it was for their tools. They made ZERO effort to try to resolve the issue by reworking the pack job to fit the pot.
It took two hours to completely pack in the truck.????
I called to complain about my frustration about the move and administrative support side of Rigos was completely unprofessional. Like the WORST customer service I have experienced hands down. The person completely disregarded my complaint and told me I was rushing the movers and told them to just put everything on the truck, which was not the case. Then they told me I needed to pay for the extra hour of time immediately or they would tell the movers to stop work?????. UNPROVOKED this person said this to me. I was really shocked because what!?? Like I paid Zelle up front!? You don’t think I’m going to pay for an hour….Wow it was really a low moment and my patience was lost at that point. Completely unprofessional.
Fragile items were handled without care. Boxes marked upright were left upside down. An item was broken.
I’ve hired movers at least 3-4 times before and I have NEVER experienced anything like what happened with Rigos.
I even pulled the mover to the side to clarify if there was a misunderstanding about my request because I was so shocked there was such a misunderstanding. The movers seemed like nice enough guys. I just think the company was shady.
AVOID at all cost.

Filled my boxes with nothing but paper. Photo I added has only 5 items that were taken out of the box. Added a video where they only filled half of the box. Paid full price.

Very upset with these movers. They stole so many of my things. Tools, books, crafting, mirrors and furniture that should have been on the truck. They left with their truck full of my stuff. They also damaged furniture as they stacked stuff on top of each other. And when they said done it didn't matter that half my stuff was still sitting in the house. I hope they rot in hell for stealing from a disabled person with terminal cancer. Be forewarned!
NO... your information came directly from HiredAHelper... so NO I do not have the wrong information and No I will not remove it. I'm even considering a police report at this time. I certainly don't appreciate people playing games.

Rigo’s movers were strong, fast, and precise with my furniture. Their truck was very large and able to hold everything we needed to move. The movers themselves were respectful and friendly throughout the move. 10/10 would recommend, and i’ll be hiring them again for future moves no doubt.

Do Not Use this company! They nickel and dime you to death. They charged me to wrap a dresser $36 when they could’ve took the drawers out. This is all after they charged me an extra 180 for an extra hour, when their drivers got lost on a straight drive down the street. To send me the bill for bubble wrap 5 days after the job was done, just blew me away. Please don not use this company or Hire Helper who is the company that connected me to them.

You’ve been warned do not do business with them!! First, I want to start off by saying I tried really hard to being nice and understanding but Martha made it clear to me that they simply don’t care about their clients and will just try to scam every penny off you. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. First, when Martha called to confirm she said she would call me when the movers were nearby to make sure I was ready. She calls me when the movers were outside waiting causing a delay to the start, note it's 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday a time that they had moved me to. Then when the movers started one of the mover came up to me annoyed to complain about something I didn't understand what he said so I asked to explain then he just says nevm and just walks away?? It was clear he didn’t want to be here. When we got to my new place someone was parked in the spot I had reserved with the city, the movers tell me I must call the city and have the car towed because the truck won't fit otherwise and they can't begin unloading so I call. So we're waiting but eventually they decide to parallel park the truck next to the cars up front and start the move after I had already called the city. Once the tow truck arrives the movers tell me they need to stop the move so the tow truck can tow the car?? So they do nothing for the next 30mins. If they could complete the move without towing that car why did they have me call to tow the car in the first place? and the worst part was once the car was towed they didn't even use the spot!! The whole thing was completely unnecessary and they just wanted to waste time. They finished around 11:40am but still billed me until 12pm. Once they finished they said they were billing me an additional $300. I explained the situation to Martha and she said there's nothing they can do because they need to pay their employees. Imagine having to scam your customers off every penny in order to be able to afford to pay your employees. Sounds like a struggling company to me which given the quality of their service doesn’t surprise me at all. She has me on hold for 10mins then says she'll call back because her system isn't working, then she calls back and she said she wouldn't get off the phone until I pay the amount, it was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience ever. Never again!!!

What can I say? What a great company professional guys that came to my house to help me move great experience. I totally recommend them. I would totally call them again on my next move. They were fast dedicated, and very professional. And what can I say Martha was really sweet.

This is by far the best moving company so friendly and understanding. I was moving f from the city to the suburbs and Martha and her team at Rigo's Moving and Storage. Respectful and professional. 10/10 I would recommend them. Thank you for making this so easy. And answering all my questions beforehand.

Late to appointment requested they give additional time but they said theres nothing they can do. Unprofessional for not being on time between 12-1pm and not working with us. They have a grace period that charges a whole hour if they go over 2 hours. They should honor that since they are late here. I have heard they move slow to "milk" the time. I will change this review to 5 stars if they give us additional time for the move, but until then, I stand by my objective observation.

The best movers. I loved how they maximized every space available the 16ft pod that I rented. They even convinced me to add more of my personal things to be loaded. I even thought that my dining table would not fit but they were able to fill in from floor to roof. Highly recomended! staff is very courteous and respectful. I Will give them 6 stars if I could.

I had a great experience with Rigo’s moving company. They were super helpful with my move. They made moving easy and I had a pleasant experience. All my stuff made it safe and I didn’t had to worry about having to move stuff by myself. Thank you for this awesome experience.
