This place is scum AF! I paid $290 for some Jordan 14 Retro Candy Canes, and within literally 1 hour of wearing them, the soles started falling apart along with the red pieces on the side. What happened to you verifying your product for authenticity? A REAL shoe wouldn't do that. Are you that desperate to collect $$ you'll just send anything out? I can't even call because there's no number provided, and when you send a message through "contact us" on the website, it takes days for someone to respond before they eventually stop responding.

RIF in Los Angeles is a must-visit for sneakerheads and fashion-forward individuals. They carry a fantastic range of brands and styles, and the store's ambiance is cool and inviting.

Definitely the best shop in DTLA/little Tokyo area. The stuff are really friendly and price is great. They also have a great selection of supreme t-shirts as well! Highly recommended!

Bought a pair online and got a confirmation order email. Just to find out the pair was sold after waiting 3 days for shipping info. Not the best customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Was lied to and sold a different pair of shoes than what was promised. Was trying to get a 1999 pair of dunk high in deadstock condition and was sold a 2002 pair of shoes in the 1999 box but it’s an entiérrele different shoe. Purchased online through auction from this store and was very ripped off and will be reporting

Rude and obnoxious selling overpriced sneakers and clothing. Zero customer service despite the high prices. Walk in and either get pressured to buy the most expensive sneakers or ignored. Riding the culture for money without the service.Lots of cool spots in LA with good, friendly service where you can spend your money. Don't even bother with the online shop, even worse.

RIF in LA: where sneakers become the envy of even the most fashion-forward cheetahs. This place is a sneakerhead’s paradise, a temple of kicks that will make your feet sing in joy. From rare finds to limited editions, RIF curates a collection that would make Cinderella ditch her glass slippers in a heartbeat. The staff here possess encyclopedic knowledge of sneaker history, so don’t be surprised if they drop shoe-related trivia bombs on you while you’re browsing. The atmosphere is so cool, you might mistake it for an Arctic expedition in search of the ultimate sneaker treasure. Just a word of caution: once you enter RIF, prepare to have your sneaker addiction elevated to new heights. You may find yourself swapping your family heirlooms for a pair of coveted Air Jordans. So lace up your sneakers, embrace your inner sneaker savant, and let RIF in LA take you on a fashionable journey that will make your feet strut with pride.

Horrible customer service. Asked the sales person how the store works and got “check the website.” We go to brick and mortars as it’s different to touch and feel the shoes versus seeing pics on the internet. There were no other customers and three people standing around. Will never go back to this place.

Bought multiple pairs from RIF in-person. No unreasonable overcharge. Nice, knowledgeable employees and neat store. Will shop again!

Ordered online just for them to cancel most of the order, due to not having the sizes; please keep your online selection and sizes up to date. What a waste of time!!! Got charged extra shipping for the rest of the order. What an inconvenience.

This place is a scam with fake products. This is the item I received and will not receive a response to return!

One of the originals and they're all about good people helping good people. Nothing but love every time I walk in and they are always down to talk shop and they don't pressure you to buy anything. Ed is dope and a good dude all around. They do a lot for their community and I don't understand why they don't have 5 stars overall.
