They were so helpful! We flew to LA with no car rental prepared and they hooked us up with a nice car for the trip! Clean, easy and nice service after a long day of flights at LAX they made our night!

After I returned from America, they tried to withdraw $100 from my card again. First of all, do not trust this place, they copy your card and take photos of it.
Rather than a place like this, I recommend paying $100 more and renting from corporate places (such as Budget, Enterprise, Sixt). Insurance agreements are entirely to the detriment of the renter. Your rights are guaranteed in the corporate places I mentioned.
Even though we had insurance for a minor accident, they made us pay $1000.
Do not trust it in any way, I do not recommend it!!!!

Was in a bit of a pickle when we landed and Mila made our trip so smooth. Really appreciated the customer service the way the guys are with my family. They dropped us off at the airport.
Will only rent from them when we are in LA couldn’t be happier about the experience.

Rex Car Rental is great, very friendly and family oriented.
They did everything exactly as expected, picked us up right away at airport, and took us back to airport after we dropped off vehicle. They are super attentive and we as a family highly recommend them. You get what you pay for and this is definitely worth it, new , clean and safe vehicles, I believe that safety is number one for me and my family, so I prefer spending more, and having the security of a great vehicle.

This place is amazing and EXTREMELY accommodating. My rental first rental with Enterprise fell through and I truly believed I was going to be stranded in LA for a week without a rental. Mike not only hooked me up with the rental that I really wanted but was generous to extend the time for the rental when we decided to stay an extra day. I would recommend Rex’s to anyone I knew that was coming to LA and in need of a luxury rental. They also picked me up when I was at the enterprise office and offered a ride to the airport when dropping off the rental.

Amazing service. Helped us in a pinch when 1-week minimums were required at most rental services due to spring break. Provided very quick transport to LAX to catch our flights and also provided a car seat free of charge!

These guys are legit. Had to take a last minute trip to LA during spring break so it was really hard to get a rental for a decent price. They gave me a great price on an alfa romero and it made my trip amazing. 100% will recommend and use again! They also gave me a ride to LAX
