This high end design studio provided me with awesome service on the smallest job possible. Caroline is the kind of professional you want on your design job. She bothered to find me an arcane replacement cartridge for an Aquabrass shower trim---a part that was very hard to locate---and arranged to have it drop shipped from the maker. That effort tells me that Renaissance is a can-do company, beyond the major design contracts that drive most of its business. They deliver great service on even tiny sales challenges, a mark of high quality all day long.

Thorough and professional. Essa took care of me on a tough project and made sure to get me what I needed the whole way through even when it was probably wildly frustrating for him. If it was, I'd never know based on how graciously he communicated.

This place is the best. They are better than Lowes and Home Depot combined. They always have what I need and there are actual people who are knowledgeable and happily willing to help me with my projects. I don't know what I'd do without them.

This is like an old time mom & pop hardware store they seem to have everything. I couldn't get a belt for my vacuum cleaner from anybody but they had it. They are really nice people and very helpful.

Everything you need from a hardware store. It's been in the neighborhood for years. The owners are friendly, super knowledgeable and willing to help with everything. It's a little small and disorganized sometimes but I always walk out with what I need!

I bought a cal faucet kitchen faucet from Renaissance. This was advertised as having a premium scratch resistant finish and cost extra, but when we received it, the coating picked up lots of scratches. Now of course, this isn't Renaissance's fault. We worked with Renaissance to have our faucet replaced under the warranty. To do so, we had to purchase a new faucet and once we received the new one, send the old one back for inspection to ensure we hadn't damaged during the installation process. That all made sense to us so we moved forward. Three months later we received the new faucet, but it was the wrong color. Either Renaissance ordered the wrong one, or cal faucet shipped the wrong one. Furthermore, one of the parts was damaged. I can fault Renaissance for this - apparently they didn't check anything to ensure we received the correct order, of that the parts were undamaged. After exchanging emails with the representative, we were informed that it would take ANOTHER 3 months to get a new faucet. Rather than going through this process again, we opted to just return the new faucet and keep our damaged one. In order to get our credit, we had to exchange - no joke - 40+ emails with the Renaissance representative. And, to boot, they charged us a $20 dollar shipping fee. When I inquired about this, the representative said that Renaissance was eating a 25% restocking fee and that they couldn't not charge us the shipping fee. Thanks for nothing!

I needed educated help with all new door hardware as well as some plumbing (Kohler toilets) for my new condo and the staff here especially, Jeremiah were so helpful and took so much time to make sure everything was perfect on top of giving me a discount, thank you!
