Have lived in the building for a while and Marie in the front office has been really responsive to my needs. She’s repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure my experience has been as positive as possible.

Lived here for many years and loved it. The location is perfect, apartments are clean, management is responsive, and it seemed to be the only apartment building in the area that didn't have a problem with packages being stolen. Many good memories here.

I've been here about six weeks and will be here another two. The staff is responsive to needs. My studio is clean/secure/quiet/private. I'm surprised by the 1-star reviews because I really have no complaints. You can do a lot worse for more money. My partner recently got a place off of Santa Monica Blvd that she had to vacate because of bed bugs. Gross.

I am currently here and enjoying it! The apartment is nice as well as the complex but to top it off the management team is very, very personable and happy to help. I highly recommend and just had to leave this pos feedback before I have even left as I am so thankful and appreciative of the staff! Thanks, Bear

Ignore all of the other reviews on this site! Things have changed--drastically and for the good!Regency Manor apartments, whether you choose the furnished or unfurnished ones, are beautiful. Lots of great amenities like an upgraded pool and spa, laundry rooms on every level, excellent accessibility from Hollywood Boulevard, whether through the lovely glass lobby entryway or garage. Spacious walk in closets, upgraded flooring, full kitchen with modern appliances.Management is always accessible and receptive--they are an outstanding team!On site maintenance, management. Excellent on site security as well.Regency Manor Apartments are a must-see for prospective residents!

Over priced building with terrible management. 1600 a month for a studio apartment and they still wanna charge 2.50 per load of laundry? They like to bring in workers at 7 am to start doing construction on empty apartments, waking everyone up, but won't lift a finger to do anything for existing tenants. Another slumlord in Hollywood, save your money and avoid this place.
