Overpriced and not incredibly friendly. Alterations are good but 20. To shorten a shirt sleeve...really! I am now using a dry cleaner in Silver lake which is just as good and much cheaper.

Absolute garbage institution. Very overpriced, ruined every single garment I brought in for cleaning despite express instructions for hot to clean each (not that it was even complicated). Do not come here.

Not the best experience, I brought 4 items but they forgot to clean one of them, and one didn't come out looking particularly clean. They were a pair of white trousers, which they apparently couldn’t get back to the original white because they didn’t want to damage the material. Well I’ve since taken them elsewhere and they’ve come back white as when I bought them, and the material in perfect condition. Overall pretty disappointed and I wouldn't recommend or go back

I've been going here for about 8-9 years and it was always a solid cleaners. They're friendly, do good alterations and decent dry cleaning. There was the occasional stain that they wouldn't be able to get out, but that comes with the territory.However, recently I brought in my custom tuxedo to be pressed for a wedding I needed it for. When I got home I noticed a strange iridescence on the lapel that wasn't there before. But I had to fly out of town for the wedding. In San Francisco I brought the tux jacket to a dry cleaner there to see if they could fix the issue. The dry cleaner took one look at the lapel and said that it had been burned when being pressed, nothing could be done to fix it and I should get reimbursed for a new jacket from the cleaners who did this.When I returned to Regency to explained what happened she accused me of lying about them being responsible for the burn on the jacket even tho they had the record of working on it weeks before. The jacket is still wearable so i just don't have the energy to fight them to reimburse me for a new tuxedo. But one would wish they would have taken extra care when pressing a tuxedo. I no longer trust them with my clothes and will be finding a new dry cleaners. I would not recommend you bring your clothes here either.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I used to come here when I lived in echo park, I moved but my office is still here so I thought I'd give it a go again. They had 4 items of mine. When I went to pick up my clothes only pieces 3 came back. I asked her where the fourth was she said I need some more time because I'm trying to get a stain out come back in a few days. So I came back in a few days. She told me again can you give me a few more days I can't get the stain out. So I gave her actually an entire week. When I came back after a week, which was today she told me that she's lost it. It was a $200 silk shirt. She barely spoke English but told me that if I gave her a receipt she would give me store credit. I told her I did not want store credit because I won't be returning there. I then also asked her if she could show me the written policy where it says if she loses an item store credit is given. She told me there is no written policy. It was hard to understand her. But essentially I left without my blouse and down $200. Do not take your clothes here. Ever.

This place is such a fantastic place! Not only they are superbly professional in their expertise, but also so very kindhearted and willingly helpful for their customers! I wasn't really satisfied with previous dry cleaning place, and started looking for a new one who could do a lot better than what I had to experience! It was a bit farther away from my apartment, yet decided to give a try! When I brought in some of my clothes with "impossible stains", they were welcoming for the challenging task, and willingly and heartily handling them! The result was so beyond perfect, and I was so satisfied! Not only they are so kind, but they are willing to go extra miles and to make accommodations for the customers! I heartily and sincerely recommend this place, although it may seem a bit slower due to COVID-19 and deadening impacts on many of the businesses everywhere! You should give a try at least several times! You won't be disappointed at all!

I have to say I was pretty disappointed with my recent experience here. I used to take my clothes here all the time years ago, but now I remember why I left. I had a few sweaters cleaned and when I put one on today it has a very musty smell ... like it smells worse than it did before they "cleaned" it. It's also ... not clean? still had remnants of dog hair and dirt on it. I spent $75 on about 7 items and I am not happy with the results. The worst part was that they do not wear masks until you walk inside and they put one on to ring you up. That did not feel very covid safe to me. Unfortunately I will not be returning here.

My go to dry cleaners and great for alterations. I recently used their tailoring services to shorten a couple of blazers because the arms were too long. Was well done! I'm satisfied. Dry cleaning services takes a little longer than usual - due to the pandemic - but I understand, and wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Thank you Regency Cleaners!

Great cleaners they cleaned two coats that another cleaners said they could not do as they were too dirty friendly staff and the coats look fabulous I will be going back with all of my dry cleaning Thank you

Be careful with how they charge you. THEY CHANGE PRICES AFTER THEY HAND YOU A RECEIPT. I asked why the pricing is different and the woman who I think might be the owner will act like it's your fault. She was extremely rude and would not acknowledge the mistake. As a business they should honor what the receipt says. It's fine that there was a mistake, but don't punish the customer for it. A simple apology and explanation would have solved this. Instead this woman took pleasure in being nasty in the way she handled this. Safe yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I have to update this review, unfortunately. I brought a precious dress in for cleaning - one I have brought many times before. It was returned to me unwearable. The elastic on the waste was totally gone. When I went back in to show them the dress, far from not offering me an apology, they asked me to pay more money to have it fixed! I understand that the dress may have been fragile, but that is why I brought it in to a dry cleaner. If there was a risk that it would be ruined, I would obviously not have brought it in. Better to have a slightly dirty dress than no dress at all. I am heartbroken and very disappointed.
