Overpriced to the heavens, more expensive than the stuff would be originally…

Such sweet staff! Their selection and merchandising is beautiful with such thoughtful color stories and curation - intuitive and fun shopping experience. Yes it is definitely marked up a LOT and it’s like if someone with great taste went thrift shopping and marked their good finds up, but you’re paying for that ease of shopping experience as much as the piece itself. Overall love for finding one-of-a-kind gems

I bought a dress and changed my mind at that day. I decided to return it. But Reformation doesn’t want to take it back. They are just sending me messages with refusing.I don’t need the dress and I don’t know what I will do with it. The most awful experience ever. And lack of awareness in Reformation’s vision.

The girls that work here are either snobby or racist Every time I walk in they never say hi or welcome. But when someone else does right after me they say welcome. like really girls? At least make it less obvious. Wow that hurt. And I was dressed decent obviously. I don't think it has anything to do with it. This happened multiple times! It was too painfully obvious.

Hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on top of them having wildly inconsistent sizing on all their dresses. I have bought many dresses from Reformation and love them, but I wear anywhere from a size double 0 to a size 4 because their sizing is so inconsistent. But they refuse to let you do exchanges if something is too big or too small for you even though their sizing is all over the map. Most recently their customer service will not let me exchange a

Purchased items for Christmas gifts. They do not allow returns after 30 days. Purchased in November so it would arrive in time based on slow mail lately. Now we can’t return unwanted items. Other companies such as madhapoy and free people allow later returns due to the holidays.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Reformation and reading others’ reviews makes me feel lucky yet disappointed that so many people had bad experiences with them. I have nothing bad to say about them. However, I hope they improve their customer service and their other issues because I really don’t like to support brands that never listen to their customers. For now, I recommend you give them a chance. Let’s just hope I don’t have to change my mind…

Ref Vintage has a wide variety of unique pieces, but they rework all the pieces and use that as an excuse to mark everything up. The vintage clothing they have is nice, but you can definitely find something more reasonably priced elsewhere.

literally no sizes and it takes so long to try things on because you have to input what you want into a screen and it sets up the dressing room for you — exhausting, time consuming and super inefficient

A bunch of mildly cute garbage you could find at Goodwill, overpriced because it's all now at a "Reformation" store, tricking all the Gen-Zs and millennials into wasting their money on "cool girl" vibes. It's all just really old thrift store items that Reformation is trying to make 500% gains on. I found a plain black sweatshirt with "CALIFORNIA" written on it, so worn out that light could shine through it and there was a faint stain...no brand, no logos.... $138. Nah, I'm good.

Honestly don't understand why this place has so many stars. I was APPALLED by the prices in here. They seriously mark up everything by 800%+. For example, a few weeks ago I bought a blazer from this 80s brand at a ~real~ thrift store for $15. At this place, a blazer from the same brand was $160!!! Absolutely insane. Also, their stuff is poor quality! They were trying to charge $100 for a no brand name dress with a huge stain on the front. Don't waste your money, people! Honestly drive down the road and go to Wasteland or one of the other vintage stores on Melrose (still overprices but not absolutely despicable).

I had a great first time experience at this store! Amanda and Rose were super friendly and knowledgeable on vintage clothing. The selection here is to die for and the visuals JUST WOW. I'll be coming back for sure!!!!

If you're interested in vintage garb with piling, loose seams that is wildly overpriced; look no further! Also, be sure to ask the staff some questions! Personally, the icy response (dripping with vocal fry) was the cherry on top of the most uncomfortable retail experience I've ever had. The woman working didn't even bother to stop walking or look up at my husband and I when we asked a few questions. Kindness is cool y'all. Reformation Vintage is not.

Cute stuff, crazy prices. I shop vintage everywhere, from eBay to decades prices. The stuff at Reformation vintage, while stylish and in good condition, is laughably overpriced. I saw a polyester cami/tap shorts set for $128 dollars. The tag said it was 'silk'. It was from SEARS.
