Fake advertising says they are open Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm lies we came on a Monday and it was 4:10pm and they was closed if you are not gonna obey the times then why have them on google just don't have them called and no answer

The worst I had a ring here and called to see if they still had it; I was told by the owners son he'd hold it for me and it would be $3000; I went to pick it up the next day with my ticket and $3000 in cash; when I got there he tried to give me a different ring (after making several phone calls at his desk in the back) and if I wanted my own ring back it would be an additional $500 ? This company is operating in the middle of ela and has no respect for the customers that they serve. Like I wouldn't know what my own ring looked like? What kind of a weird mind f*** was that? How disappointing to drive to the bank then drive to Reed's and this happens?? Be careful with these people.

I was hesitant to come here because of things I heard about pawnshops but due to an emergency, I gave in. PLEASE dont come here. They took off my stones of my ring I pawned and changed them out for some new ones that weren't diamond. Realized on my way home in the sunlight BUT as I had suspected, they didnt take responsibility & obviously said no to everything. Lesson learned the hard way.
