Horrible customer service, the guy with long hair and glasses was helping us look for some shoes we asked for a smaller size he never came back to update us instead stood around and helped 2 other people. I went up to ask about the size we were looking for and told me they didn’t have them, I then asked if we could get the previous size he brought us out. He went and when he came back he said they no longer had the size.

They have false advertising, they had an event promising goodies bags, and in the end it was not free as promised. And people asked in the video if any purchases were needed and they didn't even respond. Waste of time

False advertisement, especially after we had reached out and asked beforehand if purchase was needed for the holiday giveaway. We drove 2 hours like so many others in line to spend our 4th of July here only to be met with disappointment.
