Uncommunicative, unprofessional and not helpful at all. They gave me the run around and told me they would going to call me back she never did! I had to call them plenty of times I would not recommend going here

Been coming here for years because of recommendation of my father. Both Raquel and David help me do my taxes at a quick pace and excellent service. 1 year I didn't go with them and that was a huge mistake on my part because it was a mess! I am a customer for life till they decide to retire.

I highly recommend Raquel Tax Service. They are great!!! although they are always busy, they take the time to go over everything with you. I've been with them for over 15 years. Love their services, TRUST and communication they have with their customers. Thank You so much for everything you do!

Professional. Honest. Helpful. Excellent customer service. During tax season sometimes waits can be lengthy, consider this a good thing as this family run business is trustworthy and experienced. Been coming here for many years. Won't go anywhere else. I strongly recommend.

My husband and his family have been coming here for years, and now we have done our taxes here for 6 years. Raquel and her husband are both great and are very helpful with anything and are knowledgeable in what they do.

they are nice people, they know their job, Raquel has a super sharp memory,...I heard one time when Raquel told one client to please take their kids to the burger place near by because they were fuzzy and jumping around and when her turn comes they will call her on the cell, I think that was nice having the mother not be having to deal with kids that get bored ;) I stop going here because they charge us more each year, a lot more, and every year its the same 1job, the same kids, the same address, the same wife, same everything, after 3 years we have to say NO MORE, this year we did the taxes for free with the IRS volunteers and the good thing we have the same money back
