An impressive collection of imported luxury furniture, mostly from Italy. Many different styles with maximal customization, though that may take some time.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Bryan and especially Bonea. They took care of us incredibly well and were very friendly, knowledgable, and flexible to our needs.
If you're looking to upgrade your home, this is the place. The prices are reasonable for what you're getting. Bonea also does extensive interior design and can surely help with any luxury design needs.
10/10 would recommend!

Although very expensive, I have my furniture from Rapport and it still looks beautiful after over 20 years. Instead of buying new couches I also chose to upholster my old ones and found really nice material at the store.

I have never had an experience so terrible. Ever. I will never shop here again. I advise you not to either. Anyone who gave a good review clearly got lucky - sure they have some things that look nice - but you better hope you don't have an issue that requires any customer service. You won't get it. Also don't trust anything they say- they don't even know what they are selling you. Measure everything yourself. I decided to buy a bed frame from them and when I saw the invoice at the last minute it said Cal King instead of King. I wanted a King but was told that it only came in Cal King. I really wanted the frame so I went forward with the purchase, and bought a mattress and all bedding for the Cal King size while I waited for the frame to arrive at my home. I then had to call Rapport 6 times to get someone to schedule a delivery date for the frame. No one answers, no one calls you back. Finally it came. After they left, we were looking at it and it didn't seem right. We measured it and sure enough, it is a KING not a Cal King. My mattress was scheduled to be delivered so we had to call and delay that. And sleep on the couch for multiple nights. I called Rapport multiple times to tell them the issue -getting no answer, or having people tell me they would call me right back and never did. Finally got a hold of the salesperson who sold me the bed frame and told me it was a Cal King originally - only to be told that there was an issue in their system and the frame is a King. It's also discontinued so there is no option to get a King, ever. He literally said 'sorry about that' - we will come get it and give you a refund. I've already bought other furniture pieces to compliment this bed frame so I was really trying desperately to make it work. So I then switched everything with the mattress company to a King size (which they were nice enough to do)- only to just have them show up and discover the frame won't even work with the adjustable base!!!!!! Which I was told it would because 'that's standard'. We had to take the entire thing apart on our own and now have it sitting here waiting for them to tell us when they will get it and give our money back. After calling multiple times and sitting on hold. Still waiting. I can't wait to be done with them. This is a complete nightmare and they don't care at all. After they have your money they blow you off. They shouldn't even be allowed to be in business with this horrible unethical behavior. I'm beyond angry and shocked at the utter incompetence. Save yourself the absolute hell. Don't buy anything from this place.

Worst customer service. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing some significant issues with the product. The electronics seem to be malfunctioning, and despite my attempts to reach out to both the company and my sales representative, I have not received any response for quite some time now. Considering the considerable amount I have invested in purchasing this sofa, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of customer service when such issues arise. Thus far, I am quite disappointed with the handling of this matter.

Ill be honest. I came here years ago, and didnt have the best experience. But decided to come here again because I was looking for a new bed and I am happy to report things have changed drastically since the last time I came in. Libby was an absolute gem, and not only helped me get the bed I wanted, in the color I wanted but made sure that it was delivered exactly when I needed it. On top of that I got the best deal on this bed here over all the other places I called that sold the same brand. She even helped me with suggestions of other items that I needed for my home. I really would not hesitate to recommend Rapport at this time, just ask for Libby and she will take care of you.

Jasmin was great. She spent quite a bit of time with us, showing us different options and design ideas. With her help, we found new living room furniture that we love. Jasmin also bent over backwards to find a resolution when an issue was encountered with our order. Jasmin is professional, attentive, patient, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their furniture needs.

Buyer Beware!!I would not even give them one star, honestly. Extremely poor post sales service. I bought a Natuzzi Leather recliner sofa ($$$$) but the recliner button broke inside the seat- poor quality of the sofa but I digress. I had to call and call and call repeatedly and several follow ups later I was told by Joseph- their service department rep- that he was the only one responsible for these service calls and he was severely backed up. I had to call him several times which was when he said that he had received the part but had not had a chance to get to my service ticket. No apologies... Nothing! Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience!

I LOVE This store :0]Libby is amazing ! She helped me and helped me and helped me and helped me hahahahaha I admit, I can be a bit overbearing but she stuck with me and did not disappoint. It was love at first sight ( or at first sit) with this couch and I wasnt sure it was going to fit in the living room I have. But she even offered to deliver it, and if for some reason we couldn't make it work, they could take it right back and I would get a full refund. I think she secretly knew I would lpve it hahahahahaha but nontheless a great offer. And yes it's wonderful. I even spent the night on it last night haahahahhthey have so much cool stuff. I think I'm gonna go back for a dog statue!! ??Thanks LIBBY!!!!!
