I don't see how this business has 5 stars. I had a working cracked screen when I dropped my phone off. This new replaced screen stopped working (blacked out) after 3 days. Joey states the screen cracked inside? How does that even make sense?! Phone wasn't dropped and I bought a more durable phone case. No guarantee and I'm out $160 dollars. This is not okay!

I wish I could give more stars! Joe is my hero!I had slammed my phone in my trunk and raced to T mobile trying to make it before closing. I made it at 9:02 and they were totally shut down. I was so nervous to spend a night alone with my baby phoneless. I was crying and pulled over into the shopping center where Rapid iPhone Repair is. I looked at the store and saw it was closed but wanted to read the hours on the window-- (it had closed at 10 pm)-- I got back into my car and almost right after a man came out. I asked if he could fix my phone-- he said they were closed but he would ask.Well about 20 minutes later I had a phone that was like brand new! AND as I paid he told me it came with a 90 day warranty, AND was honest about a screen protector I had asked about.I cannot thank Joe enough-- I went home feeling so blessed and with a perfectly working phone! Truly kind, fast, and so helpful, thank you!!! You made my whole bad day 1000 better!

Super satisfied when I found rapid iPhone repair and unlock service in Los Angeles. My charging port on my iPhone 12 Pro Max stopped charging and I was unable to put the charging cord or cable inside so I was without a phone the entire day. A friend recommended me to go to this shop, stopped by and they were super helpful.I also fixed my cracked screen with a black line going through the iPhone 13 pro max and they were able to fix it the same day.Thank you!

I came to LA iPhone repair to fix my 13 pro max screen and the touch assembly, bec i was having trouble charging, Jay and company took in me approximately and fixed my phone in no time. Now my phone is charging really well as it came out of box, and frustrations are at bay. These guys are great professionals.

My iPhone 11 and XR had both display issues and the screen was cracked from being dropped on cement. Found this iPhone repair store that was open 24 hours and was able to fix my touch screen on both of my iPhones. I was unable to use the touch on my screen since the damage was beyond the glass. Any issues with your iPhone screen water damage or charging port call them anytime. Josh is the best.

Super friendly fast and great iPhone repair prices. The screen feels and looks great. He was also helpful in adjusting my accessibility settings I had to add when trying using my cracked screen. The online ratings are accurate. I even decided to buy a new case from them. iPhone MacBook iPad screen repair charging port fixing and replacing. They do it all. Just call and ask!

My iPhone 11 Pro had a bad charging port that wouldn’t get power from the outlet anymore. I had already tried cleaning out the lint, and other things suggested on websites but to no avail. I was losing charge and getting desperate. Luckily, I found Rapid iPhone repair and got a full replacement charge port for a great price and in less than two hours. Dropped the phone off, got coffee, read a magazine, and popped back in with a perfectly working phone.Couldn’t be happier with the service and speed. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been coming to this iPhone repair shop near my house in LA for many years and Jay has been helping with patience for all these years. This man should get an award for all the help he has given me without charging me a dime. I have gotten many of my iPhones fixed here but the customer service Jay and team has provided is heart warming. I wish there were many like him to help senior citizens with technology. He’s god sent.
