An excellent clinic! My cat does not like strangers, especially vets, and gets very aggressive. They were very patient and conscious of not exasperating his negative associations with going to the vet. They were transparent about everything and the price was very reasonable.

I had made an appointment for today at 4pm for my rambunctious pup but had to call and cancel the appointment I spoke with a sweet young lady I believe her name was Sandy she was very helpful and very understanding I see why this place has such good reviews it’s people like Sandy that make it a better place! Thank you and I will be calling soon to make another appointment

I love this vet practice ! Officials in front are super efficient , super nice ! We had Maya spayed and all went well ! The doctors great and all the entire staff are so nice and very knowledgeable . The phone calls get answered ! Love this place and we have extreme confidence in the entire vet practice . LSI ( Maya )! Ten paws up positive !

Honestly, the nicest clinic. After trying out several clinics over the past 5 years, this one is my "furever" clinic. The staff are so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They always have appointments available (no waiting 3 weeks for your pet to be seen) and really go the extra mile.
On top of it all, their prices are reasonable. I don't have to spend $300-500 every time my cat sneezes. Truly, I feel like these people care and aren't just oriented towards making money. Go here!!

Rancho Park Veterinary Clinic is a neighborhood treasurer. Dr. Marks has been there for 40+ years, and has a wonderful, caring and capable staff. A real person answers the phone and intelligently responds to your questions.

I've been a client of this Clinic for about 30 years. l called today with an emergency about my cat and wanted to see someone today. They were "too busy" to see this animal that they have cared for his entire life. I am now searching for another vet and will never set foot in this clinic again.

I trust Rancho park vet 100%. Dr. Marks is amazing and will only do testing if he feels it’s absolutely necessary. Their goal is to keep the animal healthy, not to drain your bank account.

I switched vets because I heard such great things about this place and I can say their staff is so attentive and sweet. The vibe of the place feels so warm and friendly and the doctor was so thoughtful and informative. So happy I found the right vet for my two kitties.

Very mixed experience with RPVC. I have been taking my puppy here since I first got her based on a friend's recommendations. The staff have always been very nice and kind to my puppy. Sometimes there are long wait times even with the appointment, but I understand that things get backed up. Vaccine issues - My puppy was put on a vaccination schedule that I followed. At our last set of vaccinations (rabies, canine flu etc), I was told that she needed a repeat of some of her previous vaccines (DA2PP) due to her young age. Very confusing why different vets had different opinions on this but in the end I paid for another set of vaccines. Spay - I took my puppy here for her spay and there was poor to zero communication. Never told about how she did after surgery from the vet. The staff called for her pickup. ZERO post op instructions provided, which is unacceptable. I looked at her itemized bill after the fact, and some of the charges are just unacceptable.

I would never recommend this Veterinary Clinic. The staff is rude and could care less about my pet or me. My cat had a little issue with her eye. I called them one of the staff told me to come in but I would have to wait. No problem, they billed me for an emergency service. The vet Dr Wong recommended all these tests. Bottom line it cost me $700. I never received a call back from anyone regarding the tests. Took the Dr 2 weeks to call. She asked me anyone had called and they didn't. Then the vet told me something about an infection my cat had and all this bullshit. I could go on but I won't. There are so many other vets out there that care about their patients. Not these folks. I would never recommend this veterinary clinic
