100% Servicio Basura Maltratan a los clientes que llaman por telefono Preguntan con una actitud. 1. I called the shop for a price quote. The phone answered, but no one said hello for about 15 seconds. FInally, the Infamouse "Ramirez" answered. 2. Extremely rude and piss poor customer service. 3. With an attitude, he asked me what I thought was wrong with my car and gave me a smart ass response on how I came out with that. 4. I told them I had a local mechanic check it, and he replied, "Why didn't you have that guy repair it?" 5. With a stand offish attitude, he told me to bring it in for a diagnostic and that it would cost me $380. 6. When he noticed I started replying with a little taste of his own medicine, he said, "ok, ok, OK" and hung up on me. 7. I called him back, but he never responded. SCREW RAMIREZ AUTO SHOP

This shop was straight forward with me from the start. Raymond explained my engine leaks with my GMC pickup, and the cost of repairs. He went over every detail and provided me with enough information to make an informed decision going forward. This was very helpful. I will keep you posted if I get the work done.
