The rudest customer service from the lady that arranges the flowers. I walked in the store today 10309 W Olympic blvd with my client for a few things. First time going to that Ralphs so we were unfamiliar with where things were located. My client approached the flower lady to ask her something and she turned to look at me and asked me what he wanted in Spanish, (not sure why she asked me what he said because he spoke clear English to her, maybe she doesn’t understand enough English, I don’t know) So I repeated what my client had said to her, she first tells me “oh in isle 4” then turns back to look at me and said in Spanish “if you are with him, you should help him that’s why you get paid for”. I was surprised and in disbelief that this worker said this, so I said “ excuse me, I’m sorry what did you say?” So she Again looked at me and said in Spanish “ yes, you should help him because that’s what you get paid for”. Just unbelievable with this lady’s attitude. Horrible Ralphs representative, terrible customer service , very unprofessional and rude. I did ask for the manager, and I spoke to one of them. Told her what happened with the flower lady and that I will be making a complaint about that lady, with that amount of rudeness she should not be working around people.

I am extremely disturbed by what I witnessed today at Raphals, located at 10309 w Olympic Blv, Los Angeles CA 90064 A Latino man was openly harassed by a white staff member, who followed him around the store as if he were a criminal, speaking to him in an aggressive and disrespectful tone—for absolutely no reason. It was clear this behavior was racially motivated.
This kind of racist profiling is disgusting and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated like a suspect just because of their ethnicity. If this is how Raphals allows its employees to behave, then this store is not a safe or welcoming place for the Latino community—or anyone who values equality and human dignity.
I strongly urge the company to take immediate action, hold the responsible person accountable, and implement anti-discrimination training for all employees.
Shame on Raphals for allowing this behavior in 2025.

Bathrooms were very dirty, I do recommend a cleaning at least 2x a day.

I recently visited the florist at my Ralphs, and I had a very disappointing experience. The florist (I believe her name is Camilla) was unprofessional and had a noticeable attitude from the start.
After I paid for my flowers, she kept trying to add extra charges for additional services I didn’t agree to. It felt like she was looking for ways to get more money out of me, even though everything was already settled.
I expected a simple and friendly transaction, but instead I felt uncomfortable and pressured. I wouldn’t recommend going to this florist if you’re looking for good customer service or honesty. There are plenty of other places where you’ll be treated with respect and not have to deal with unexpected extra charges.

The store needs to do better about the reserved pickup spots. Each time I’ve had a pickup, all the spots have been used by people shopping in store. Ralphs needs to do better about keeping the spots clear for pickup people.

This Ralphs...just kinda sucks. There are loads of products I regularly buy at other locations that they don't carry here. It's also really poorly laid out.
