The store needs to do better about the reserved pickup spots. Each time I’ve had a pickup, all the spots have been used by people shopping in store. Ralphs needs to do better about keeping the spots clear for pickup people.

This Ralphs...just kinda sucks. There are loads of products I regularly buy at other locations that they don't carry here. It's also really poorly laid out.

I bought a dozen flowers. This was one of the dozen and it's the second time this has happened. Inspect your flowers or you'll end up with these stubbies falling out as you hand flowers to your girl.

There was something very important that I needed to purchase. I called the store in advance to confirm they have the item in stock and can accommodate my needs. I arrived at Ralph's and unfortunately they were not able to help me. The employee I spoke with was super nice (hence the 1 star) but was more interested in who I spoke with on the phone than how to make things right. I highly recommend you avoid this location.

This location is mad small and tight to move around in...at the time I show up they lots of carriage fill with merchandise to but on. Shelf. .

Had a purchase this morning handled by Silvia D. Never a smile or a greeting; in fact, when she did look at me (while I was waiting in line), it was with disgust. Completely humorless and unwelcoming. I often frequent this Ralphs because it's near Century City, where I work. Other associates, who've been at this location forever (Jeff and Brian, for example) are nice and seem to recognize me. But the younger or "newer" hires (such as Silvia D.) are rude, seeming to forget that, without the customer, they wouldn't have a job. I see I'll have to go out of my way to either the Ralphs on Le Conte or the Ralphs at Olympic and Barrington if I want service without a scowl.
