I left my backpack at the service desk, and 3 attendance still followed me down the aisle. Don't know if it's racism or black people keep stealing. LMAO. IF ANYTHING DOMT ACCUSE ME NOR FOLLOW ME. I ain't stealing from the RALPHS THAT USED TO SELL BLACK CHICKEN AND WHITE CHICKEN SEPARATELY.

Absolutely disgusting! They have a solicitor out front who sells socks (and drugs) and they have been allowing him to operate for years now. Today when he was blocking a pickup spot, I called the store manager to let him know and the manager did nothing about it. Had to wait 10+ mins for another spot to open up. Kroger & Ralph's corporate should discipline the manager about this. Pretty sure they get a cut from him that's why they turn a blind eye.
This makes the store unsafe to shop. Go to another Ralphs.

Got there early. The shop had a basket full of food but no cashier. Until 7 o'clock may I have to use a yourself check out. What a basket full of food and they kept breaking down.

Nice store, but those that answer the phone are LIARS!!!! Don't say you going to check and you know you're not going to check for an items that people ask about. Went to the store anyway, even though lady stated "they don't have what I was looking for." Why did they had four of them.

This store is the most unprofessional store ive ever been to, I went in trying to buy medicine and the cash register JULIE did not want to sell it to me claiming I had to be 21+ to buy it, the box clearly says 18+ to buy yet she seemed to not care nor did she want to care. If I didn't need this medicine I would've left but I'm not feeling to welll and very badly need this medicine. She kept claiming she did not want to lose her job over some medicine that I am of age to buy, I am a month away from being 21 a full time job and do my taxes I am allowed to buy some cough medicine ! Please know JULIE IF YOURE READING I CALLED CORPORATE AND YOU ABOUT TO LOOSE YOUR JOB !

This is a good Ralph's. It is safe to shop here and they have security who do their job.This Ralph's has an All-Point ATM, Coin Star, lotto machine, and a large variety of alcoholic beverages. It's always clean and stocked well.This is the ONLY Ralph's that still serves the cold pulled chicken in small containers. All of the other Ralph's stopped doing that and started putting their pulled chicken in large containers that cost $10 or more. I used to enjoy being able to buy one of those small containers of chicken to have a single meal.This store deserves more positive feedback and recognition.
