I went to rent a rug and upholstery cleaner which is listed on rugdoctor. Went to customer service to ask them about it, was told by both ladies working there "we don't have that". As I'm exiting the store, I see the machine and all the equipment and cleaning supply right by the exit on the right just before you leave the stoor next to the door. So I go back and mention the machine and everything is by the exit but it's locked, can anyone help me. One of the ladies looks me dead in the eye, slightly raises her voice, and says "we don't rent it out, that's why we told you we don't have it. We don't rent it out."
Not renting it out and not having it are not the same thing! Why even have it in the store with the product if you don't even rent it out? Absolutely ridiculous. I tried calling the store ahead of time to confirm they have it available but of course they didn't answer the phone.

A lot of the workers are a 5 which is why I even gave 3 stars.
Butttttt, management HORRIBLE.
You know, I was at Ralphs today and I was about to walk up to one of the workers (older gentleman) in the bakery to ask a question while he was stocking but the store manager called him over. He started talking all tough to him yelling and the guy is trying to speak up and defend himself and the manager is getting louder and from the looks of it the older gentleman was ambushed because the young lady that was apart of the circle raised her hands in confusion as to why he's being yelled at.
Next thing you know the manager said, "look I know this might sound bad, BUT we tell you what to do." While raising his voice and standing over this old gentleman.
It's so demeaning and right in front of the customers. I'm watching and hearing the whole thing. Like, you couldn't have pulled him into the office?
Establishments like this doesn't respect their workers. It couldn't have been me. But unfortunately that man probably NEEDED his job so he just took it.

There is a cashier here named Brigitte who has the worst attitude. At any other Ralph's I have been to they will scan a club card for you if you don't have one, or enter a phone number. She would not allow me to scan a default club card for my items and told me go online and apply for a club card. Worst experience of any Ralph's. I ended up leaving my items and walking out. Really terrible customer service and mean attitude from the cashier. Not a good job for Brigitte. Normally I do not take the time to leave bad reviews but she was exceptionally unfriendly and rude and unnecessarily antagonistic.

The cashier's service was terrible. She gave me the wrong price on both iterms. The cucumbers were $5.99 per pound, such an outrageous price, and she didn't even check it herself? Although she eventually refunded me. If I hadn't checked the receipt myself, I would have lost money. Very, very bad experience.

I come to this store about 3 times a week. It’s usually fine, but today Lorena (a manager I believe) was extremely rude. I just asked her where the restroom was and she responds as if she didn’t want me speaking to her. She didn’t bother to tell me there was a code to the door. So I had to go back and she was even more rude. I’m a paying customer, there’s absolutely no reason I should be treated like this!

Forgot my Ralph's card and cashier didn't even
try to react to help me out just charge me the full price of three more dollars than the box set $5, but I noticed she helped out her kind racism at its finest. Location was La Brea/ Obama boulevard

Today, December 26, I had a bad experience with an African-American worker. I asked her for help to pay at the express ATMs and she refused to help me. When she refused, I told her that it was her job to help me and she got angry and called me an immigrant. In a derogatory way, I hope that the store managers can take action on the matter. I have a video of such a person and I will upload it to social networks so you can see who it is.

The store is horrible old food not clean superior across the street is so much nicer cleaner too workers not bad that why I still come nut 2024 no old vegs
