This is my local Ralph's. Used to be great. Now it's so hard to navigate. Every aisle is filled with stands that block half the aisle. But the worst is they NEVER have more than one checkout lane anymore. I now spend half my time shopping and half my time waiting in line. (In fact I'm typing this as I wait in a line of 6+ people fjr the one open register...)

The one good thing this Ralph's has going for it is it's covered underground parking. It's wonderful in the summer when it's 100 degrees out and you don't want your groceries to get ruined in a hot car. However the underground parking also smells like sewage, especially on the east side of the lot. There's no customer service desk, so if you need to make a return, which can be often, you need to wait in a checkout line. The manned checkout lines are always ridiculously long. There are frequently issues with the prices missing from the shelves, expired food, and gross produce. The aisles are also crowded up with random item displays and products hanging off the shelves, making it difficult to maneuver through the store.

I called this location for a stock check for a particular tequila they have advertised. I requested the liquor department to the girl that answered my call and stated they have no one covering the liquor department. So then I requested a stock check for said product and she said they have no one in the liquor department. I made sure to ask her, "so you can't do a stock check?" She flat out replied "No.". This is horrible customer service.

Please cut the $8 Boreshead sandwiches correctly (cut diagonally so they stack triangular like the boxes shape). I don’t understand why such an expensive sandwich is coming broken down in crumbles by the time I get it simply because a worker doesn’t want to cut the sandwich correctly for the box instead I get a crushed $8 dollar sandwich daily. Who is in deli needs to be retrained because this has been consistent for months.

I'm a regular at this Ralph's and whenever I come in I always get nice customer service from the cashiers and security guard, sadly on one occasion I was shopping here with my friends a employee named Karina started to have problems with us because she thought we were fooling around but in reality we were trying to decide on a product. She said if we were there to shop or to play around in a rude manner. After that time I rarely go to this Ralph's. Ralph's if you can please talk to her about her attitude I would really appreciate that thank you.

If the Ralphs on Sunset is the "Rock-n-Roll" Ralphs, and the one on La Brea is the "Orthodox" Ralphs, I would name this one the "Dirty" Ralphs. It seems dingy and forgotten. The floors are polished, but the elevators remind one of Cabrini-Green--and the whole place is disheveled and dismal. This location also does not carry the full selection you would find at one of the other nearby ones, it seems more limited. My personal peeve is that the always have some of the emergency exits blocked and I don't want to die in a fire. They also are terrible at keeping aisles clear and elevators accessible for the disabled. Complaints to management have been fruitless. This should be your Ralphs of last resort.

I was so pleased to see these packages of fudge reduced from $6.99 to $1.99, but it was a lie. Rang up at $5.99. I spoke with the manager on my way out, but how many people have already overpaid without realizing it? Shameful.

This Ralphs has the rudest staff!! I was just yelled at by the lady in the deli when I asked for a sandwich and was told that they don't make them anymore. So, I asked when they stopped making them, because I had just gotten a sandwich within the past few months and Michael told me I had not gotten a sandwich from there, told me they stopped making them before the pandemic and then called me a liar in a loud condescending attitude in front of all the other customers in the deli!! I can't believe that the workers here feel it's okay to treat customers so poorly. This Ralphs location always is dirty, has extremely unprofessional staff, and is an all around unpleasant experience to shop at with the constant solicitors in the front and all of the trash and homeless on the property. Go to a different store if you can!
