Today I went in at 10:00 am and there were no carts left. The store was very empty. They said they've all been stolen. This has been going on for about 2 months. It is so stupid because people cannot do a lot of shopping and can only pick up a few items without carts. If they hired security to watch the carts they would make that money back in a day. Because of this they are losing customers and losing enormous amount of money where people cannot shop for their week.

I enjoy Ralph's because it's accessible and usually has everything I need. I love that it closes at 1am and that I am walking distance between two stores which are accessible by bus and subway as well. I wish they would improve upon their frozen food sections, particularly the ice cream. These areas are usually a mess with many regular and popular flavors missing. I heard that outside vendors keep up the coolers, but it's management's responsibility to see to it that the shelves have on them what their customers desire and that they are displayed in a neat and clean manner. Also the stores are always packed which means they get good business. It wouldn't hurt to build bigger stores because what products they do carry and have in stock always seem to be falling off the shelves or positioned in a manner that makes the store feel crowded and cramped. Because stores have been plagued with petit thefts, Ralph's has armed security at the entrance I guess to catch the bad guys or act as a deterrent. Every business must do what it can to protect the bottom line, but optics concerning the presence of security makes you wonder whether you entered a grocery store or some shop on Rodeo Dr. Banks have less of a security presence. Overall, Ralph's is the neighborhood grocery store...and always there when you need it!

It was great for a lot of things. I like Ralph's but for other things I mean trader Joe's has avocados cheaper. Heck, the yucca market has avocados cheaper And but I did find what I was looking for which was Mrs – and some things that are harder to find at smaller stores . I probably will go back

I am absolutely appalled and disappointed in the reviews of Ralphs corporation allowing this behavior from security personnel. It makes the company appear less attractive to the public. When you are employed with a company, you represent the company. Ralphs needs to choose better security personnel. Poor judgment!!

Cashier stated that I needed to present my passport to buy beer if I do not have an American ID. That is factually incorrect. A Canadian drivers license should suffice as per law.

Still a terrible Ralph's.
Employees will offer surveillance but no actual assistance with anything, even their malfunctioning self checkout machines. They do this in full view of managers who are only interested in pulling staff away from their assigned tasks to engage in extensive chit chat.

Hit and miss on prices for some items, but usually a bit better than their competitors. Some aisles are a wee bit narrow.

Would it kill you guys to collect the baskets occasionally? Literally never have baskets to carry stuff around in not just once or twice, but 90% of the time I go there there are NO BASKETS
Also whoever cuts the steaks paper thin ?

Hours are incorrect, they would not let me in at 1245. Security guard was manually letting people out and no one in. Actually closes at 1230

Prices keep spiraling upward, some faster than others. But the produce and fresh fish & meat quality is still very good.
