Terrible store, the employees are absolutely scam artist and criminals. They are knowingly distributing fake $20 bills and other fake small bills to the community when you get cash back and refuse to replace if you call them out on it. I got cash back on July 12,2024 $60 the cashier knowingly gave me a fake $20 bill because I was in a hurry to get my ice cream home since I ride a skateboard. I failed to check the cash at the store but when I got home I noticed one of the $20 bill was a replica aka fake money. I rushed back to the store with my receipt and the manager acted like I was an idiot and moron. So basically this store is vehemently targeting the ultra poor like me who ride skateboards because of genetic epilepsy as the people who they will give the fake money too so that it keeps them from getting in trouble. That is obviously what just happened today. No way what happened to me today would have happened to a rich person or college kid. I was obviously targeted so Ralph's directly stole $20 from knowing it would be impossible for me to fight back. Talk about the American Dream. Where corporations knowingly break the law with no worry and screw over the people.

Psa: parking lot is like being demolished or something horrible traffic jams due to people waiting for a spot, people trying to get out, standstill and everyone gets aggressive. Avoid if you can!!!

This is a large and busy place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The selections and options seem to be pretty robust. Parking is a bit of a challenge, especially with the construction going on. I will be coming back in the future.

Save ourself the drama and trip the parking lot is under construction and if u dont want to walk a mile to get in the store and go threw the traffic jam parking on the other side i advise you not to come here at this time irs a mess u have to go to ur other store. Also one day every body was coughing in the store so looking around I'm at the register checking out and the cashier on the other side of me turned around from her customer and rolled her eyes at me and asked me can she help me I'm looking r staring at her I told the manager he didn't do nothing if u have a problem in the store all u have to do is call corporate for ralphs and they will take care of it I haven't had that problem with her again

I came to this store today and they only had one person attending the Starbucks area !! His name is CHRIS so many pol waiting in line for 40 minutes to have there drink ready !! This is ridiculous YOU GUYS NEED to have more ppl working here customers were also complaining about the waiting !!! Whoever the store manager is from this location get it together!! Ppl shouldn’t be having to wait more than 40 minutes for a drink !!!!!
Then the girl comes her name is Katherine I feel so bad for her it looks she knew exactly what to do ! Sorry you had to experience rude customers when it’s not even your fault either !! And I always come
Here so it’s always like this !!! Always having a huge line !!!! Hire more ppl for the Starbucks area !!!!

Bad customer service rude and very unprofessional ! I went in today and asked for assistance from Cam the MANAGER on site if he could send anyone to help me with some balloons and his response was no one would be able to help me and his excuse was he had just clocked in. Very disappointing and unacceptable !

This is one of the best Ralphs I’ve been too. I’m shocked since it’s in the hood but I’m assuming it looks nice and has fresh food/deli/produce because it’s close to USC. Lol

I live nearby and therefore often visit this store. Everything suits me. Regular California prices, fairly polite staff. But it would be great if they cleaned out baskets and carts a lot more often, because sometimes it’s just disgusting to handle it.
