Great range of groceries it’s not just a pharmacy. Quick service and friendly. Good pricing and convenient location for our hotel.

Disappointed they don't have designated tables for wheelchairs. Brought my mom in and had to push a chair on the side wall for a wheelchair.

Great pharmacy. I've been receiving my medications for years and the nicest people too. Thanks Ralphs. I'm alive because of you guys. Great work.

I mean look guys. I go to Ralphs on Hollywood/Western because it's close to my place, it's right across the subway. It has Chase Bank, Wells Fargo ATM and Shtarbucks nearby. Thus it has a very good location. The prices are around average. Again, guys, I'm giving a review like a regular customer, not like a critic, sanitary or fire department representative. This one is based on varieties and quality of food and other utilities you can find for your domestic needs in this specific store. And I would say it's pretty acceptable. All goods are nicely placed. I have never experienced impolite behavior from their staff. One time I forgot there my keys, they kept it, I called customer service and in 5 minutes I was told to come back to pick it up. Thank you. There is only one thing I have to mention. I know they keep some of their body, hair, skin care products locked. And in order to get what you want you need to press the button and wait for someone of their staff to come. Look. According to my experience, nobody usually comes and you need to go and seek for somebody to help you out which is very inconvenient.

I go out of convenience. Most of the time new meds aren't covered because they don't have a contract with the insurance. I had ton get eye drops they said insurance won't cover at a.cost of $700, a Independent pharmacy, a apotherapy covered fully. So yeah just convenience.

I'm having problems with one of the SECURITY GUARDS at Ralphs, a well put together female, who likes to hassle me, look at my bags, insist upon my opening them when it's obvious I have purchased nothing and generally has tried to make my life rather unpleasant. i have shopped at this RALPHS for years, spoke to one of the managers yesterday and said that I thought more respect and less hassle, because I feel sure this security guard cannot deal with the fact that a 76 year old does not dress in a style she feels comfortable with. Reverse Discrimination but it's a kind of experience that i not only find very negative, but VERY discouraging. I have DELIBERATELY not asked the name of the security guard, but if it continues.......RALPHS has had a variety security, especially Al, who were fabulous and the check out clerks, mainly WANDA and GABBY, are superior. I miss Duke who went into telecommunications full time. I am disappointed that my experience is so unpleasant these days.

I came here in the morning and got here around 40-50 minutes after they open. So I wasn't expecting this place to be crowded. Unfortunately, this location doesn't allow you to pay for a roll of quarters before 11:00 a.m. Which is odd because other Ralphs locations in Los Angeles I been to have sold me a roll of quarters, and a friend of mines told me she comes to this location a lot and buys quarters here. Not sure if the cashier didn't know, but wasn't worth contacting a manager over a small thing. I just wish their customer service wouldn't have told me over the phone you can come at any time to buy quarters. The point of calling before going to a place is to get info to save time. Welp......thanks for wasting my time.

Amazing employees. Thank you for your help with the Coinstar fiasco at your store yesterday! The employees and the manager went above and beyond to assist me. They all deserve a raise!!

I've always liked this Ralphs and the underground parking is great. But hadn't been there in a few months and now all these shelves are locked up. Makes for a very unpleasant experience. The clerk said the neighborhood is getting worse. Actually it's getting better. There are upscale apartments popping up on every block. It's like shopping in Detroit. Plus the staff seemed unhappy and unfriendly. Except for the pharmacist. He was really friendly and helpful. I won't go there again if I can help it

What a disgusting violation we just went through on a trip to get some simple grocery shopping done. Humans deserve to buy food and use the restroom without harassment, humiliation, and verbal assault. Shame on you, Ralphs. Came in to shop, stopped for a bathroom break, and my friend was treated abhorrently by the staff. Laughed at, mocked, insisted on CHECKING ID to use facilities (ARE YOU F-ING SERIOUS?!) How dare you?? This hateful behavior will not stand, and we will share with all our community. I can't condone anyone coming in to do their shopping here from the LGBTQ community. There is discriminatory, harassing, transphobic garbage of management and security at this store.

After a hard day, I decided to come to my favorite Ralfs store. Buy wine and cheese to relax. I stand at the checkout and before serving me, a female cashier tells the guard that he would break through my goods. He asks me for a passport, provided him with a student card, driver's license. He says that only on the passport will I punch wine. What is this vain. I am 31 years old. Do I have to always go with a passport? Spoiled me the whole evening. No more desire to go to Ralfs
