Absolutely! Here's a concise and direct Yelp review based on the situation you've described:One star!!!! I'm disappointed with my recent experience at this location. We tried to make a purchase and encountered issues at the checkout. Even though our card was charged, we neither received the merchandise nor the receipt for the transaction. When I attempted to address this with their support over the phone, I was hung up on after a long wait after three times. They told us to call the number of the card but we found out the items were purchased and from their mistake it ran through. They said the card didn't work so we need to call the customer service on the card but we found out the prepaid card did go through and we actually paid for a purchase but they told us the card didn't work and didn't give us our receipt because they said it was a mistake. I also tried online support, but the chat was abruptly ended. We expect more professionalism and prompt assistance in such situations, especially when it involves financial transactions. I hope others don't have to face a similar experience. I've called three times and waited on the phone for over 30 minutes and all three times they hung up on us. ---Feel free to modify the review as needed.

Horrible customer service. There was a cashier that was rude so I called to speak to someone about our experience and that person who answered the phone was rude too. They didn't have right information and tried not to take responsibility. I still tried to say thank you at the end but she just hung up on me without saying bye or thank you.

I had such a great customer experience this evening while shopping for some items for dinner! I am HUGE on customer service and in this day and age it seems like it is so hard to find and people don't really care about their customers. I was looking for organic Lemons, well it started with plantains I was looking for. I asked a worker in the produce section (Ryan) about plantains he cracked a joke and showed me where they were (they were literally right in front of me LOL). Then I need help locating the organic Lemons, I went to Ryan again for assistance and he walked me over to where they would be and said that they are all out but they do have the bagged organic Lemons. I only needed two so I asked about limes. He walked over to them but sadly there were only three that did not look so hot. Ryan asked me to wait a minute as he went to the back to double check if there were any. I did not want to be that much of a bother (more then I already was lol) but Ryan insisted saying he had not gotten to the section yet and he would have to do it anyway and he didn't mind. WOW talk about above and beyond!! Ryan was extremely helpful and I appreciate his assistance because that is very rare. I'm from the South so I know about hospitality and such!But the great service didn't stop there, as I was checking out my cashier Akter was pretty amazing herself! I was with a friend and she noticed one of his cucumbers was bad and she asked her bag to retrieve a fresher one for him. She also just had really great energy and a pleasant spirit. I usually go to another grocery store but now I will continue with this location. I spoke to the manager about these two associates and how great they were at assisting me and she too was really awesome! I didn't get her name though but she is Hispanic with wavy hair and had glasses on. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, appreciate you all!

This is a pretty good location with a minimum of crazy people; I'm in here maybe twice a week during the day. But the Spectrum salespeople are out of pocket. They have a table in the back of the store, but they walk around, into the aisles, to accost you about switching to Spectrum (which I already have, so just say that right away even of you don't have it). They come over to the dairy case while you're getting milk and I saw someone follow a man into the bread aisle to talk to him. Aisles should be off limits. There are enough people approaching you all day every day in this town, we don't need it while looking at cereal.

Everything online and even physically points to closing time 2am for this store .....but not according to the rude female employee I just had the pleasure of interacting with! Congratulations Ralph's seems like you guys truly know how to pick THE BEST customer service trained employees. What a joke this place is. Not the first time I show up and they do this. Smh would love the manager to reach out so I can give full description of what that employee looks like so they can idk give them proper customer service training. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Even during regular hrs they're rude and overpriced, also don't honor the sales all the other Ralph's have going on. Just walk/ drive across the street to the Vons.

I'm been your customer, and ask code from restroom, cashier didn't gave me a code, and don't open restroom for me. F*** off Ralphs. Bad f****** service
