Just got off work rushed over here still people in the store 7:52 she locks the door and would let me in I thought ya close at 8 she like we closed here .I understand you wanna leave but there's still people in the store .

Love this store, they always have a big selection a good mix of plus size and other miscellaneous stuff you didn't know you wanted. Also the staff has always been friendly each time I went in. Great job this location's team!

Although this store has some of the best selection among other rainbow stores the workers as a whole body are rude and not on the same page. I was told twice in 1 day on separate occasions by 2 different workers that the store closed at one time when in reality it closed at a different time. After taking my time to come over here ready to spend my money they are closed I asked for a apology from the manager on behalf of being told the wrong information by two employees and they just waved me off saying that they are closed. This isn't the first time I have had issues at this store there are many more( like not giving me a receipt and when i come back about my items give me a hard time)(not giving the right about of change back numerous occasions) (having to go back for missed sensors on multiple items) but this has accumulated the pile to the top. Thus me leaving this review.

10/14/2022 at 635pm I was just at the store trying to buy 4 items 2 of there were 22 dlls and change and the other 2 are 16 and 17 dlls i try to pay with a 100dll bill and the cashier with a bad attitude said i habe no change really. With tax she would had given me like 20dlls at most real bad service. I guess i will need to go to other store will take my money i guess they don't want customer business

Use to shop here all the time before the pandemic but since than customer service is non existent seem like the only person doing there job is st barely doing the bare minimal you get what you pay for.

Been here a few times and I must say I've been surprised with the clothing selection and how friendly and nice the employees are. Very up to date items for low prices. They always greet me properly and the store is always organizing/putting out new items.

The staff was friendly and its a large store but the jewelry was scarce and the juniors side was packed with many clothes but not a good selection at this location. I felt like plus size had more variety, spring looks and space. 3 stars for lack of variety.
